Interesting as with the "new" so called improved offer, I did wonder if yet another vote was called for.??

My logic being; I and hopefully many others voted "NO" on the terms of in existence over the weekend, but with the latest RNS those terms have now have been superseded so I suggest a further vote IS now required.

So I question if a third vote is required will the deadline be extended ??

Maybe folks with more knowledge than my "logic" can lighten my (and possibly others) darkness in this vexed topic!

I have just voted to "reject", on the HL website for my holdings.

HL have not been in touch but HAVE snuck in a link on their "Home >My accounts & dealing" home page on the right via "Shareholder meetings" hyperlink

Seems they have left to customer to "find".... not ideal but it's HL so .................

I'd urge others to vote as it is painless couple of mouse clicks and so why why risk your voice not being heard/registered!!

Gentlefolk, seems daliy we are seeing additional Form 8.5 and 8.3's being lodged.

Is it safe to assume these recent buys must be in the lower 13's region, if so logically those buyers would be seeking to reject the current BOD proposals?

If so I see that as an encouraging sign this story has further to run and addition improved offers could be in the wings!!

Indeedy; all a bit fishy as Liberum were giving a buy recommendation as brokers at 30p plus 2022.

Since then the gold price had increased dramatically, but Liberum's "fair value" rating has decreased dramatically !?!?

It's also interesting (AKA frustrating) until recently Liberum Capital used to have us down as a buy @32p odd. Since then the company has matured so why this low offer, unless of course it is an enticing "come and buy" me price to draw in other suitors for a bidding war!!

Some fair points well made, but no 7am RNS to explain or quell PI's unrest and show BOD confidence in SCLP direction of travel and this is just a bump in the road

Hope the dramatic SP fall today had not been engineered by a Directors motivation to sell their holdings to enable a "buy back on the cheap", possibly motivated by ones naked ambition and greed.

If so suspect it will be an interesting conversation for the board room, ~ that is explaining to ones peers and fellow Directors why their personal holdings share value fell 20+%

After all a 20% decline requires an 25% uplift to return back to todays opening price.

We PI 's don't have the luxury or ability to "buy" at preferential rates,... but guess we'll reserve judgment until logic and rationale of todays volatility is clarified in the public domain, hopefully by an RNS

Seem SCLP are now one of the top 5 "fallers" today, yet still no stabilising RNS from them nor suspension for "price monitoring extension" .

Their scientist and research team surely need support from the finance team. BOD and the P&PR team to instil calm and confidence back into the company for all institutional and PI investors. ,
