Plus I'd assume if you rent instead of outright purchase then that may effectively stop you subletting any spare space /capacity to third parties, so stopping that possible future revenue stream?

I'm not international tax expert but wonder if there are advantages to have dual listings, ~ large blue chip companies have parts of their businesses registered in different counties to take advantage of corporation tax concessions, does that also apply to dual listings I muse

Mmm in these austere times many companies have suspended paying dividends, one assumes needing re-invest income and grow the company.

I'd prefer that route here and maybe listing on FTSE or Nasdaq, we'd then raise company profile and so get the exposure this we should attracting new investors and raising SP ?

Be interesting to see what the SP does now! The people have spoken !! The company needs to give the shareholders value as well as employees/BOD, with out us shareholders the lights go out!!

As has been said us long time (and suffering) share holders have shown our personal commitment to the company. Mildly interesting to see there have been no Directors buys of late, just sells, maybe a couple of them reinvesting their profits would show their support and commitment? But I accept that books closed while we wait (continue to wait) for Nasdaq, but like many I get frustrated with Q&A's on personal stuff, AKA football team, hair products and such like. ... what difference to our collective investment does the answer make, ~ call me old fashioned but to me more interested in with clarity on Pluto, Chinese miners, new machines , etc
