If PW gave full and frank replies on all aspects he'd maybe disclose commercially sensitive info which would not make any difference to the private investor BUT would be of immense value to our competitors.

Personally I'd favour several well timed RNS's rather than one "Carlsberg" moment, ~ by drip feeding think we'd get more and hence longer exposure.,

If folks miss one of several announcements they maybe well see the next, where as with a one hit wonder if they miss one they miss the lot!! "Todays front page is soon forgotten" so lets have several front pages,

Also with a longer more detailed announcement there is a real chance folks may gloss over details and so not register all salient points,

I'm sure PW has his finger on the pulse, he may well have a cunning plan to try and time these drip feed in these "sea-change" events, ensuring one RNS does dilute or not get "lost" with another!!

In addition to Nasdaq listing, think at the current trajectory we may well be eligible to the FTSE 250 in the 3rd March re-shuffle, another date in the diary!

Looks like currently trading on a 6.5% uplift in USA; where here on LSE we're "only" showing a 3.6% rise !!

I naïve question, how does this double listing Mar larky work ~ can the MM's buy on LSE and then sell those shares on USA market, effectively reducing number of "UK" shares?? Sorry for asking what to some is a blindingly simple question!

The USA dollar at the moment is not the strongest currency in the world in fact some may say the opposite. With their new administration and civil unrest not sure what it future will be going forward . Plus some of our American cousin "like" and have an affinity for UK stocks,.

Potentially some EFT's and UK growth funds would have to sell their holdings is solely listed on USA

For me (and I suspect others) keep it simple ~ and stay dual listed, as so many have said here, hold you nerve or more to point hold your shares the way to stop MM "games" surely is not to sell to them in the first place!!?

Many of us I suspect are still well underwater since the 2020 MW attack . To their credit then the BOD were very visible and articulate in their defence of the company, ~ restructuring, increasing their personal holdings and proposed listing of USA etc.... But they have recently become very very quite and don't seem engaged with their shareholders . Not a reassuring trait for LTH nor enticing new investment

Many LTH here posted we'll return value once we list in USA, that does not seem to be the case, ~ no BOD updates on that and the investors pages on the Bur website does little to lure in new investors (USA money) !

Much is written here on a couple of big "life changing cases" if we win, ........we can buy the jam factory !!! But seriously does the whole future of Bur rely on just a couple of cases? Surely there must be other cases that are being successfully concluded and the order book taking on new?? if so I can find no visibility of that fact nor current progress

I think LTH's are now past the stage where if we do get any positive news and the share price moves North there will be a stampede with many bailing out it, increases will not be sustained, and so we'll continue its Southward journey

Looks like another “red day” here, the current “Santa rally” ignoring Burford, and the long-awaited dual listing has yet to deliver the dramatic uplift many spoke of. Accepting patience is a virtue but Burford seems to have an incredible steep path to navigate to retrace back to the low teens for long term holders, ~ with no dividend to ease that pain!

Looks like we now have a female Appointed Non-Executive Director, with a strong track record within the financial world lets hope she can make a tangible difference for us long suffering shareholders.

I'd agree dual listing may not be the silver bullet, ~ Burford Capital recently followed that path, folks there thought it was the path to riches, while early days so far it's been a none event!!

Maybe the cunning plan selling such volumes is to cause smaller investors to panic and so sell. The price fall so that "someone" buys back "their" shares at a lower price.?

Be good to get a RNS giving update on the first months USA trading, or one advising the dividend re-instated!!

May give a reassuring message to USA investors, and so result in a couple of positive column inches (cms!) to raise company profile on both sides of the Atlantic ?

To me , mindful of the salary he draws his time would be better spent on strategic matters and nurturing B-2B contacts within the industry. In that way increasing company growth and avoiding PI's the feeling they need to micro-manage their investment?

Looking at current at trading volumes seems as if two thirds are "buys" yet the share price falls 2+%. The fun and games have indeed begun.

Seems no new NYSE shares have been issued and most on here say they'll remain with CREST holdings, so I wonder how a big buy for USA market can be filled if insufficient USA share's available, I suspect to some a naïve thought but a genuine one?
