If you went onto the Facebook group and asked one of the admins they could provide you with the info to access it. Just to be clear, the group I refer to is not the Facebook group - it is on another platform.

Greek - Quite interesting if you read his latest post as he has changed his stance. Twice in the last month he has incorrectly predicted Pensana would go into administration attaching a date to the event. Now he is predicting an 'announcement' by the end of the week. Even Theorist has now worked out that the company will be announcing some financing in the very near future.

I think their subscription equates to £500. Whilst that doesn't sound a lot, if you have £200k in the bank and have £10m in debts would you spend that money unless you knew funding was incoming?

Other than we are 19 days on from the RNS that said there was £200k in the bank, no. Having said that, Pensana were announced as a paid subscription business partner with Marketing Humber a week ago. Evidently, the board are very confident of incoming funds otherwise why would they spend money on a non essential item like that?

Dumbo - you claim to be invested in RBW and MKA and not invested in PRE.

Yet 79% of your comments on this platform in the last 30 days, in the rare earth space, have been about PRE and the other 21% spread between RBW and MKA.

To an outsider looking in, that would seem odd, would it not?

The amusing thing about this whole exchange is that people that follow this message board will believe the rumour to be true as DumbPunter is whining about inside information.

Unwittingly he has influenced the market, whether the rumour is true or not, as you're not going to come across a bigger buying signal.

Mayorhumdinger - In a nutshell. In December the BOD said that funding would be completed by the end of Q1. The company put out an interim statement on 31st December which was factually correct but spooked the market. Downrampers jumped all over it and retail investors wet the bed.
There is a strategic investor involved, who has been identified, and there is a lot more to it than meets the eye but I will not be imparting any further info on here because of the paid downrampers. The less they know the better.
If you are interested in further detail look up the Pensana group on FB and get hold of one of the admins there who can provide you with a link to an investor's group with plenty of updated info on the situation.
