AS1971 - If you are a 'very frustrated investor' as you say, your recent buy of another 20,000 shares a week after commenting that the company is weeks from going under, looks like an extremely unusual move. I think I can be forgiven for coming to the conclusion I came to.

AS1971 - 4 posts of yours from the last 4 weeks, as below. If you're going to trade PRE whilst trying to affect sentiment on here, at least try a bit harder to disguise your activity.

What about explaining your presence here. Haven't you worked out that literally no-one takes the blindest bit of notice of what you write.

You'd have as much impact as if you stood in the middle of a very large field shouting your negativity at the top of your voice. Akin to a mad red-faced lunatic shouting, and every now and again hikers wander past shaking their heads, feeling sorry for you.

What doesn't add up is a clown that claims he has zero financial interest in Pensana continually talking its prospects down.

Explain that and people might take you seriously.

AS1971 - I recognise that without context, Theorist lying about the removal of a post boasting about a golf trip to Tasmania, does look irrelevant. With context however, it is extremely revealing.

Theorist has been extremely careful in disguising his true motives for commenting on PRE but unfortunately for him the two lies further connected him to an organisation that is in dire need of NdPr. That organisation is USA Rare Earth.

If you are a long term investor in PRE this information is important and you should do some research into it.

AS1971 - People that are invested in PRE, long term, care. Traders and other parties that have ulterior motives, not so much.

It really is that simple.

The post is no longer there and was not there on 11th July. For the record, the post was written on 12 Nov 2022 and read, “Just played Lost Farm, Barnbougle Links, Tasmania, fantastic course, borrowed the green fee off a mate. Now I have three days fly fishing.”

So, we can deduce from these two lies that either Theorist is incompetent or he is deliberately trying to deceive people. No-one believes he is incompetent, so why the complete lack of composure?

China - He still hasn't answered why he removed the post about Tasmania and then claimed it was still there. Must have been a great trip. Melbourne first and then Tasmania. Wonder who sorted his tickets to the T20 final at the MCG - if only there was someone he knew with very high level contacts at the ground....

Theo - Here's the thing. I know the date you posted it, and it ain't there. So, you not only had it removed, but now you are trying to mislead people. Why might that be?

Theorist - There seems to be a misunderstanding which is easily rectified. The post about your golf trip to Barnbougle - I can't seem to see it yet you assert it is still there. What date and time did you post it?

Wyeowye - Also worth mentioning it was sent to a number of shareholders so can be verified by numerous people.

Is it also a coincidence that USA Rare Earth own a processing plant but don't have economically viable feedstock to go in it? Is it a coincidence USA Rare Earth used Four Points Capital to raise funds and they just so happened to be the same company that Amvest Capital used at the time they were trying to woo Pensana?

If you want coincidences I have another 20 plus. And they all link back to one man.
