This deal is transformational for MMX..puts it on a completely new level in the tld market ,the market is a bit hungover from an expected sale but when it wakes up it will price in the added value.atb..Good to see new posters here ,welcome.

Bonum, An �1800 unexpected bonus came in..BPCor MATD ,I don�t really want to split it up ,too small.Im thinking MATD what would you do ? Value your opinion...atb

Im.in an almost identical.position to you.I too would have liked a sale or at least something in the RNS that would have taken us out of the single figure SP.I do not think it will take as long as you think before consolidation revisits us or before we see a return on our investment.There is a lot of activity lined up starting with shopping...a lot of value can be added in a short time with this deal .

I agree Bakky.The new investment will secure this company and lead to fantastic growth in the coming year. Re Dividends.Even a small dividend is a growth signal to capital growth investors ,it�s why I bang on about it so much. A profitable growing AIM company that pays a dividend ..I�m in an adding when I can.

The review is over but i think TH is going to hear from bigger players sooner than we think..He just made MMX a much more attractive company.

I think many are disappointed that we havnt been the subject of a takeover,i understand that.A 100% profit on the day would have been good..however,this i a great deal going forward and will add value..The market isnt too happy today because something else was expected. I still believe MMX is a target and we will revisit the consolidation subject...The only thing im not happy about is the delay in paying divideds.

Not at all what I expected but I really like it..Great added value and MMX become an even more attractive target in the consolidation activity within the industry in the future. Nice one Toby

Really ,what a nonsense post.Im.certain of nothing,i merely point out that if you have bought shares because you like the prospects here and you are now selling because an RNS is a bit later than you wanted them you are all over the place.ie clueless.Of course every O&G share has added risk..

They know FA..Its a question of old habits die hard and not keeping updated ..MMX has never been able to hold 10p for more than five minutes..thus....
