I’m sure that many will be happy to read about the background to our aquisition and the positive sentiment that your post contains.Others will only be looking at the current SP or the loss of a buyout.We are where we are ,but I am sure that the enlarged company will produce great benefits starting today with shopping going into GA

It's just my opinion and nothing else but. I think.the deal is done subject to EA and the specifics of the deal itself..which MQ will be negotiating..I do not believe that the major is looking at the data..it's been done ,they have had a year to go through that.

I don't see that there is any delay..In fact I would have been very surprised to see EA at this stage.. It's less than two months 27April..since it was submitted..I think a minimum of two months..

Yes,of course it’s fair to ask questions and that’s what I’ve just done.The approval was RNSd today ,it’s one obstacle out off his way,but he still is in a closed period and is restrained to an extent by the acquisition.It does depend on what you want to know.The pertinent point is that TH will be free to provide greater detail very soon.,as I stated.

If there is one thing that I would like to emphasise ,it is that TH has been between a rock and a hard place..Very limited in what he could say or do for some time.I would have liked a sale ,like many here ,but what we have now is a company that has scale ,better geographical balance,is much more profitable and far more attractive as a potential acquisition.(oh no not that subject again ha).oh and we are going to have dividends.

I have had a lengthy conversation with TH.and have to say that I was most encouraged by what he had to say..Firstly ,he the board and Institutional SH,s are in total unity on the direction and the value of the new acquisition,their sentiment stands in clear contrast to ours.(given they have more information too ).I made it clear that I felt more should have been done to support the SP, but I can see that there were a number of factors which prevented TH making statements ,and taking the actions that i wanted from him ,one being ICAAN approval process,which could have been made more complex without the stance taken.,.think back to how long .Boston took to be approved.. ,another limiting factor was the closed period .I made the point that VIP should have been active and he correctly pointed out that the prime renewal season is the worst time to do this.( I'm still of the opinion that there should have been some kind of tld sales action),..I know he regrets the loss of sentiment amoung PIs.but also assured that there will be increased news flow ,updates on VIP renewals ,shopping plus additional news flows throughout H2 on certain innovations as per RNS."The news wire is going to be active.""The acquisition will quickly reveal it's strength to us and to the market." ..In addition the integration of our new acquisition is straight forward and provides no difficuties.I questioned TH at length ,argued even .I think im pretty good at detecting spin and a lack of direction, there was only strongly argued detail and a strong sense of direction.Although I can't agree with TH on every point,hence a little heated debate at times,I do have absolute confidence that the man who saved this company is also securing it's long term future.He has my support.

Yes I agree about the farm in..but not on the SP. Logic should tell us that the spud will send the SP in one extreme direction or the other.It certainly won't drift for months.unless we have delay ..Me thinks someone wants something cheap...lol. .

That's true,however,My view is that BPC and the major will have had an idea of the time needed when setting out the exclusivity agreement,which is three months plus a possible additional three months.Frankly if BG are going to take any longer than that then they are not serious...every indication is that they are serious...

I think it all depends on how many shares you have and at what price..Yes Tenders may make £2 look poor..or not..I'm happy to have lower expectations and be surprised on the up side...anyway..long way to go yet and still 40p...gla.
