Thats an interesting post SJ,particularly your "on the cheap" comment.Of course,its not just a question of a willing buyer but also a willing seller.I see little desire for a cheap sale here,unless you call 15p +cheap..I actually think that is cheap for the multiple reasons you already explained.This is such an easy bolt on profit machine that I can see why the big fish are looking.In the meantime I think we need to attract much more interest in this company as an investment.We have talked dividend..Any further ideas from you on that one ?

.I have long advocated dividends and although in the post ICM period it would not have been possible ,it was before that and I would suggest is possible to at least flag up their arrival now.Dividends are seen as elusive and this is a drag on sentiment,further and new investment.

My question to TH was specific to him releasing an RNS and he has answered that question. If the result comes out in the wash,all well and good but I dont think I want our CEO to be in violation of auction rules and then have to deal with the consequences.I can imagine what you would have to say ifthe MMX name was dragged through the mud on that score.

I agree broadly with your figures,though I would expect a bit more than your minimum figure$6/7m..I think we should see some price increases during the year particularly with the ICM stock.Im really looking at $8 m +as a minimum when taking this and other factors into account.Looking forward,although not easy to quantify,I'm still expecting a light bulb moment with .Luxe..

I still dont think it's the reason sjL is benched.As you say Bakky,the last one wasn't even RNS,d.Im not sure that we will get much of an SP rise from it either,unless the cash is coming to us.

Years ago,in the pre grey hair days,we use to talk about .gay as a $25m tld.I would have thought in the $8/10 m range now..so decent cash.

Interesting..If nothing else it should accelerate a dividend our way.

My concern is that this "insider event "will take too long and distract management from the business.I hope its concluded in a timely fashion.

Welcome back Huckster.Indeed it's been a dreadful time for all investors.Very much like the sentiment behind your new name,it will do me fine.SjL has been a very welcome addition to this BB and has kept us well informed on the general sentiment in the industry..I hope that his "inside"status is a prelude to an offer or value increasing initiative.For sure investors need to see a return on investment after such a long period of pain.atb

Bakky...Yes I can.Its about what it's worth to the buyer.A buyer will also know that a low ball offer will simply be rejected,we dont need to sell.Nobody wants to waste time and money on this ,therefore, an offer has to be attractive to all in a position to accept or reject it.

I guess there comes a point at which an investor has had enough.We have been here a long time Bakky ,so I dont blame you for wanting the exit now.I too would be pleased with a sale, but at 15p+.would I take less ? Maybe it needs to be in front of me..let's see.For sure the SP has killed sentiment but I actually think operationally we are doing well,with industry high retention rates ,this performance evidenced by the recent RNS.

We will have to wait an see ,as you say .It could be us doing the buying.I dont recall SjL ever saying he would be tempted at 10/11p,that would represent a loss to him.

If you believe that Bakky then there is no sale.Institutions in at 13p ,director options at 14p and SjL clearly indicating 16p + for him .Nonsense to me is anything less than 15p atb.
