I think the YOY figures disguises the fact that we have moved away from super premium to a more transparent annual fee..So to be clear...something that eg might have been 10k fee now becomes 1k pa over a ten year period.

Whilst interesting in the first year to compare ICM revenue to MMX revenue/profit I think it becomes increasingly pointless as the two are now firmly one.As we leave 2018 behind I believe the MMX portfolio alone would now be in profit after the expenses of acquiring ICM are deducted.The point now, is that the company is increasingly profitable ,with Q1 looking to be a giant step forward.Dividends is the one irritant that remains $1.5m /2m to shareholders would have been a clear signal to new and existing investors ,they dropped the ball on that one .

I'm very pleased with these results..given the headwinds of legacy issues and the acquisition of ICM ,the management have done a sterling job to get us to this impressive position.I have to add on the negative side,I'm not at all pleased at the absence of a dividend or even the mere mention of it.There is clearly the ability to pay something now and to not even mention dividends at this stage is just not cricket ...That considerable gripe aside ,very impressive work done in the last year.Im looking forward to great things with .luxe..I convinced that is going to be a big success for us.

I agree with you.It wasn't us PIs that said end of March for unstimulated results.Why say it knowing how PIs are.There is no RNS and it would need to come good or bad but,JP would have been better off giving himself more time and not creating the speculation that is now upon us.

I think no news is the problem..JP has a dreadful habit of creating expectations and then failing to meet the expected timeline.He said unstimulated results would be known by the end of March and an RNS would be out on market sensitive news..There is no RNS and so the market is reacting..Market sensitive also means bad news by the way..so there is nothing out in the open just yet..just the market not impressed with further delay.

Fellrunner..I use to have respect for your alternative views but now I see you as nothing more than a troll trying to upset people.Really what do you get out of it..what kind of person are you..You cant be invested with the views you hold..so ,this is what life has become for you? Looks like we are going through a very healthy period of new tld sales across much of our portfolio..very encouraging to see.

It's clear that a number of trouble makers are out to muddy the water.Testing has started on non stimulated.As per advice we already had at Balls and SD emails.We may have some news next week in line with time that was indicated..Unfortunately the last two days of March happen to be a weekend.It comes when it comes..I wouldn't let a few wind up merchants get to you..They are all so predictable and of course are "in the know" lol.

Next weeks figures are priced in Imho,We have known for a while now ,what to expect .Forward guidance is going to be the critical factor.I hope TH can give an impressive account of what to expect in 2019 ,and with that in mind, a dividend announcement will go a very long way to lifting the sentiment for the next six months.

MMX has been punished for a number of reasons going back years.Three CEOs in one year,a long strategic review that did not end as expected and provisioning of legacy issues last year.A dividend policy is a rare AIM beast..it would be noticed and recognised as substantial progress .I can see a good rise in the SP on such an announcement.

I asked JP if he could provide an update on testing and, he had told me that he will not provide a running commentary on operations.Essentialy he has nothing to add from Pub night.I cant see him telling me that and another poster that there is a delay.

I have four O&G shares and the conversation on each BB is exactly the same.Delays Delays Delays.Management are liars/economical with the truth.The company is up the swanee if this or that dosnt happen,a placing is just riuns the corner,etc etc..The truth is every O&G company is bolloxed until it isn't,until it brings in a home run..then ,of course the management are great"like I always thaught"..For sure we need a good t10..I hope for all it's a good one.

I asked JP about the possibility of an RNS on commencement of testing.He said we would only receive RNSs on value altering news.

An interesting idea Rykan.I too would like to see a dividend announced in April.$3/4M ,They may wish to keep cash in the bank for some tld acquisitions but as you state ,they have completed the restructuring and need to address shareholder concerns.As I have said many times,this management have had to rebuild this company and overcome considerable legacy issues.The task now complete,the company in a period of growth and innovative Blockchain solutions (.luxe)about to start gathering momentum the last thing I want is talk of changing this team..atb
