This is an unbelievable situation..akin to exchanging contracts and then failing to complete on a house..Utmost bad faith has been shown..I dont think Bagr went into negotiations with a smile on their faces but let's hope they walk out with one. ,

The delay is certainly not about saving a few Bob on exchange rates or any other saving..The amount involved in any deal ,even a full buyout is chicken feed to the Chinese.

It’s extraordinary that they waited till the completion date to request delay and renegotiation.To my mind they have acted in appallingly bad faith and the tone of the RNS is clearly one of restrained anger at the conduct.Its going to take something very attractive for Bagr to accept substantial changes,the absence of which ,should in my opinion lead to a single finger.

Appalling bad faith by the Chinese to spring this on Bagr at the last minute.What ever they wanted changed could have been communicated weeks ago and negotiated..I'm not so sanguine about whether the new negotiations will be acceptable to Bagr...Clearly a full buyout of the company is on the agenda but at what price?

I’ve made my first purchase today at .10,happy with that ,although I fully expect to buy below that if things drag on as they have a habit of doing in Nigeria. I will watch and drip feed into this stock..The potential massive but I’m not a fan of the CEO...waiting for the next buy.

I can see a sale at about 2.5x NAV around 65p...My view is that we have a weak team,Brian M in particular is a light weight in my opinion.JP has been full of it ,but let's see if he is the deal maker he thinks he is.atb to all.

It's all a bit,if but and and at the moment but looking back..We have a completion date.The last time we had a delay it was RNSd a few weeks prior to the expected date..My view is it would be the same again if there was a problem.I expect to complete as expected now..just my thoughts...arb

The numbers are important from a critical mass perspective (,I imagine that we must be close to the 2m mark )but far more important is the quality of business being done in terms of renewal and price. Note ,revenue on .Law in China and increased prices for the adult tlds particularly.
