My assumptions are
5000 tons of Cobalt hydroxide
$65000 price for a ton of pure Cobalt
1.4 exchange rate to GBP
.3 is level of real cobalt in hydroxide
0.8 reduction in price for hydroxide

Just want to clarify the maths on Cobalt. Is this:

5000x$65000/1.4x0.8x0.3 (average between 20 and 40%)=£57.7m less cost of production?

Does anyone have an idea on the size of tailings available in the DRC? Interested in how big a next target this could be? Is it a possibly a next doubling or more of earnings?

I’m curious about the broker’s notes and how these are marketed? Fair value is on an upward trajectory and seemingly getting ever further from the SP! What do WHI actually do with them as whatever it is seems fairly ineffective!

Now we have a brokers update the next question is just do we start moving closer to fair value! Assume we need an RNS on Roan production?

I would have thought the point about the recent placing is that the deals put in place are strongly accretive to earnings? We just need time to see the result!

Mikie, totally agree on a massive opportunity over the next year or so with what we know now. It’ll be interesting whether Omicron provides a buying opportunity as any good news could get lost in its wake!

It will do, they have to start from scratch. No historic knowledge is passed over!

Agree the results are not overdue. What puzzles me is why the RNS when it doesn’t really provide what I would think of as time critical information that needs to be released to market? If the results are out next week (assumption) then why bother? A week wouldn’t have mattered unless I am missing something?

I do puzzle why no equivalent from JLP? Is it because we are going to provide the Capex?
