I totally agree this is a screaming buy. Just been looking at the one year chart (bloody awful) and still stuck in drift down mode! Desperately needs a Copper production announcement to kick start the SP back into life!

I just wonder whether we should start quarterly earnings reporting now? We are close to Copper production which should mean further continuous and increasing numbers on top of a healthy PGM number?

Homey, you evidently don’t understand a CLN? Conversion is always with the lender and trumps repayment?

Heroic, Like it or not the listed Chairman is Colin Bird? There may be a process to recruit a new one but it does stop his day to day responsibilities?

Although Scott’s maths is a bit wonky I have sympathy with his thought. After all, the larger the share issuance the longer we might have to wait for the initial dividend?

I think that’s why the SP is adrift to a degree. Once again lots of promises little action?

All I can say is that as the SP drifts down day by day it is sometimes difficult to keep the faith!

Bushy, I would expect this clause to take priority no matter what the RNS states…At any time that the loan is outstanding, ACAM may at its absolute discretion, by conversion notice, elect to convert the loan and all accrued but unpaid interest into 5 per cent unsecured convertible loan notes with a conversion price of 2.81 pence (ZAR 53.98 cents) ("Subscription Price") and a maturity date which falls on the third anniversary of the Closing Date

Bushy, you seem to be saying that JLP could do what they wanted with the CLN. This could not be more wrong. The power is with the investor in a CLN not the invested. The choice has always been with ACAM.

Homey, I’m not convinced you can say the ACAM deal was a huge mistake? The SP would have been in the 2.8p area when negotiated, now 16p? Not exactly sure where we would be without it and we wouldn’t have the Copper stream coming on? I just hope they don’t do another deal with the same giveaway going forward?

I wonder whether the shift in commodity prices changes the stance on sorting out Kabwe? Seems to have gone radio silent on what is a great ESG opportunity?
