Cant quite agree with all of roger65. Clearly there is serious money already invested. Perhaps the failing if you can call it such is the fact it's been done on a hush hush basis.

We can't solicit offers so these other interested parties are the ones soliciting and have been of consideration even if discounted now

So we have for the first time buyer used. Now, it's taken quite a bit of time to get the dd done. With the others they will no doubt need dd to make an offer or better bid. Can we really see the buyer giving them the hard earned dd? No, so they will need to get it so that could be many months yet. This suggests that the current dd does not include jorc on rosgeo assets but dd on mt and wk? Theres not much else is there? Gla ;)
