The bird needs to prepared for roasting...
First, throw into boiling water and leave to bottom feeders. The feathers can be easily plucked after this.
Next gut and remove all margins and wash thoroughly.
Rub with stork margarine, seasoning and herbs and skew on a shorting roast over a roaring fire...until the pinky skin is brown and crispy ...lmao
