That's this rate ( if we buy back 4 to 5 billion shares) Lloyds Banking Group shareholders will get a 7 to 8% return on the buy backs

Think about it , I probably talking rubbish

Say in August they announced the end of the buy back at 45p and announce all bought back shares are now cancelled from the registrar.

Do we open the next day up 3p been less the shares on the table due to cancellation of 4 billion shares.

If they deleted the total buyback 4 to 5 billion shares over night, surely the share price jumps to the new Market Capitalisation and the share adds I believe that's around 3p in total

The Company intends to cancel these shares.

Lloyd's could easy drift below 40p in July / August time

I not expecting to see this above 50p until the 3rd Quarter , so let's not spend all our money like a kid in a sweet shop.

Maybe they are struggling to buy back shares

As I said many times before Lloyd's Banking Group shares are a keeper

The main reason of any back back is to buy as many as you can while the share price is below its NAV value ( 58p)

Lets be honest July / August time is a low volume time and ( not all the time ) the share price can drift down wards, so lets hope we preserve some powder for the summer months.

Lloyd's Banking Group shares are a keeper, if only for the steady Eddie Dividend :-)

Hopefully we spent this years buy back money below 50p

Maybe back to 68p next year hey :-)
