The share price will adjust higher or lower accordingly over the following 12 months , one thing I do know less shares in circulation = bigger dividends for meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Still over half the pot left for the summer months

I reckon we see 5 Billion shares cancelled come August time

Not often you see, Lloyds Banking Group shareholders hoping for the share price to collapse tomorrow ;-)

Anything above 0.87p interim payment in September , means I will breaking into my Annual Tax allowance

I think the last few days has proved the Buy Back is not computer generated

Morgan Stanley clearly have stop buying big and just ticking over due to the dividend payment tomorrow

Personally, I not sure if I top up tomorrow ( maybe a couple of grand ) as the summer months can be a lean time and its nice to have a bit of powder in the bank.

While the Bank of England fight inflation with a measey 0.25 raise in May

The Governor of the Bank of England lost the plot IMHO

He and is committee are so slow and about 5% behind the curve

I be happy if they stop buying for a few days

I be gutted if we above 45p come Thursday

If we are I hold back reinvesting a week or two :-)

As I said we got all a hot summer of this ....

I only Top up on down days as well

Bet my bottom dollar next Thursday the share will be hitting the 46p range

If share price is above Lloyds Banking Group Buy back average (45p) I probably going to wait for a bit lower or spread over the Summer months .

Next 2 months will be interesting , we could see up to 5 Billion shares bought back

Summer months can be a lean period so the average could be well below 45p IMHO that's a massive 30 to 35% below NAV value

Just to clarify

My original holding I bought with average around 62,50p

Since lock down all new shares it's 36p

Love it , not even my close friends and family know my financial position.

I only really talk about my money on here really.

To clear up

I bought back in after the election results expecting a big boost to shares thanks to a Conservative win in hope to see a trade in the 70s ( how wrong was I )

When I bought in December 2019 I had never heard of COVID and thought lock downs was what happens in prison for naughty prisoners.lol

Good news is I been re-investing and topping up since and increase my holding by another 30,000 to date with an average of about 36p

BTW Buster the Parrot is my portfolio manager and sends her love to all :-)

I usually do £1000 at a time, so drip feed through the summer months

Obviously depending on share price , like everyone I do like to buy on red days :-)

I still cannot believe with only 6 working days left, before Divi date , the market makers have not starting to push up Bid higher to make us Private investors / retails pay more , that's why I tend to spread my drip over the Summer months

I see after 51 day the buy back averages 45.79p

If I can beat this, I be happy when I start my re-investing my dividend money
