Our 30p is in the hands of the Gods now

I brought my average down from 34p to 24p since we opened from Suspension last week

God hope everyone votes '' YES ''

I called HSBC on Monday as there was no '' Corporate Action action'' available on my John Wood shares in my Portfolio

I asked them if they can vote on my behalf , anyway the lady said HSBC was not aware of any Shareholder Vote, so there is no need to vote as I getting 30p for my shares .

Funny enough yesterday, I received a letter from them advising me the same, saying I getting 30p for shares John Wood shares and any changes to this they will write to me again ?

There must be hundreds of John Wood Investors like me who are unable to vote in favour for the 30p Bid on table.

If we drop again tomorrow , I going to buy my last 50,000 John Wood shares .

I just cannot believe any right minded John Wood Shareholder will vote no to the 30pon the table when today the share price is trading at 22.60p

Hopefully we see 25p today :-)

I just called HSBC asking if they can vote on my behalf, as I hold a near 200,000 john Wood Shares on my Invest Direct Account

HSBC said, there is no need to me to vote as the 30p is already accepted and I will be receiving 30p in due course ?

Make of that of what you want .... I did say, are you sure as I read Shareholders need to vote on the offer / bid on / before the 12/11/2025 she said HSBC have not received any information on any vote ...lol

I average around 25p now ( reduced 4p last week by topping up )

I like a side bet and a little gamble on the stock markets and may buy another 50,000 next week :-)

So we ALL must vote ''YES'' to the 30p offer on the table or we all end up with nothing . IMHO

If a ''yes'' vote is above 75% is approved

The share price will shoot to 28-29p and will stay there until the take over is complete ( as we 99% getting our 30p )

I hold my John Wood shares with HSBC invest Direct and did double up with John Wood shares at 21.50p this week.

Happy to accept 30p and will be voting yes to the offer on the table.

I will ask HSBC to vote my poxy on my behalf by private message

New shareholders buying in today will be voting yes for the 30p offer on the table.

They can see 40% return on 20p buy its too good to be missed

Most pension funds only return 10% annual to their clients , buying John Wood shares tomorrow we will receive 40% if the yes vote goes through.

What's not to like..... Easy Money to be made here folks IMHO
