I was expecting to see my 30p around April Fools day TBH

Also I am still buying here at 26p

Still Happy to wait a month or two for a 15% return on 26p

As I see it its a done deal and an easy trade to make that's more or less risk free IMHO

Add the slight chance of a second bidder here , as John Wood is going for a steal at 30p , as its stands John Wood would now be Trading around the 70p to 100p range in 2026 if we never had the 30p ceiling.

Does seem odd Sidara are not hoovering up the shares direct from the market at 25% discount to the agreed take over price of 30p

Maybe they not allowed to under some sort Market abuse rules or something ?

Yeah I also bought a load at 29p

Not too worried this share goes up and down

Happy to wait for my 40p next year

Well , Its been a while now John Wood Shareholders voted to accept the 30p all cash buy out

Ands Its gone all quiet now for a few weeks and ''RNS'' giving as a small update would be nice

Having said that next weeks GM , Hopefully we see at least a outline schedule of the agenda giving us expected times lines ( when we can expect our 30p etc )
