Iran is opening the Straits of Hormuz for the period of the ceasefire between Israel & Hezbollah ( Lebanon).

House building stock's are the only Bargains left that pay decent Dividends.

When I look at charts and see a solid share

That's telling me it's a undervalued stock and time to buy :-)

First few days of relisting here was going to see week holders jumping ship

Regarding Lloyd's Banking Group

After over 10 years of watching the share price fluctuate between 20p and 60p, I thought I wanted some of the ''easy money action trading'' so thought I sell at 55p been very hopeful I buy back at 45p as in the past that was the safe trade as she always fell back into the high 30s 3 or 4 times a year.

Two year later Lloyds Sitting at over a £1 that I was predicting for 10 years and now with me sitting on the side lines watching ..... looking at all them lost gains hey hahahahaha

Anyway life is too short to worry about money good health is the key to happiness :-)

I actually thought FTSE 100 hitting 9000 was on the top side a little while back. Lol

Probably wait for ex-div date here now and see if she hits the 230s again :-)

This Year

Legal and General shares have not dropped as much in previous years

Honestly I thought we see below 220p when the War kicked off in Iran

Actually the Stock Market in general just dusted the war off and was no big correction

Still sitting on cash waiting for the sell-off ...lol

Everything on my watch list looks so expensive IMHO

Sold at 88.50p

Got lucky here :-)

As it stands I going to sit in cash.

Looking at Legal and General shares hopefully we see 220p again...lol

I feel Iran are not going to play to Donald's 15 point plan surrender. Lol

Simpler story here mate , ending up with close to 700,000 shares

I also saw an opportunity.

Spoke to friend's when share price was still sitting around 25p . when the shareholders had just accepted 30p its was a gift from the Market Makers and they was scratching their heads in disbelief with the big margin on offer to buyers
