Yeah after todays RNS's I not too bothered if Sidara pull the plug now

As I starting to feel 35p is on the take cheap side

No wonder the Arabs are all billionaires ..lol

They know John Wood is a turn around company and Assets will be worth billions under the right management team

I still got around £6000 in my ISA to re-invest ( dividend payments from 2025 )

We all know the FTSE sitting at all time highs, even through Legal and General shares are not at all time highs, its just one of them shares

I happy to still wait here before I re-invest my Dividend Money as I feel we see a small sell-off around October time so we hopefully see me to topping up below 240p again :-)

I cannot see John Woods opening below 30p in the future TBH after todays massive USD130 Million sale announcement.

Just look at the John Woods '' Total Market Cap'' today on here , its only £126 Million

50p to 70p this baby is worth to any buyer from today IMHO

Yes debt going to be paid down by $135 Million

So in theory if Sid stand by their offer

You can add $135 Million to the shareholders pot :-)

Because there is less need for cash part of the offer to be pumped into John Wood PLC

I thought I just go the Total Voting rights here From 2021

2021 Total Voting Rights 20,269,469,228.

Todays RNS's 15,905,816,009

The buy Backs over the years have decreased the total share count by 4,363,653,219

That's over 20% reduction and the shares price today looking very cheap

If BP Share Prices drifts lower over the Summer months, I will Double up here for the Dividends

Capital Growth on my investment will come in its own time IMHO
