My BP and Legal and General shares are both in my Stocks and shares ISA wrap ( £80,000 worth) Both good Dividend payers and all tax free :-)

BTW Cannot believe, fleccy you wife has no income at all , she must of hit the Jackpot marry you :-) lol

Only know from my previous holding Lloyd's Bank shares not 100% here TBH

Previous Block Listing of shares, comes from employee Sharesave schemes or Bonus shares that are paid to employee's as part of their pay awards

These shares will be added and us shareholders get little more diluted with a more shares added to the register.

Most employees sale them at whatever the price is as they want the cash IMHO

I am very Happy ( relieved ) Shareholder this morning

Sounds like Sidara are also in the talks when negotiating with the Banks AKA Lenders

Standing shoulder to Shoulder

This makes me feel they still want to buy us IMHO and hopefully see a at least 35p offer to us

Just checked my account and my BP Dividend been paid :-)

Its seems strange that the share price been sticky recently IMHO

Maybe the share price was been held below 400p by the Market Makers because of the rumours.

Now its not going to happen ( A Bid from Shell ) just maybe BP share price will naturally rise again to 450p again without the outside interferences .

Watch this space as the Maker Makers do work in mysterious ways

Hopefully BP shareholders will be able to re-invest their Dividend money at low prices this week as well :-)

Anyway, I feel the Market Makers are playing minds games

When BP hits 400p again it will fly to 450p

I personally believe anyone selling today is a little desperate for cash as the Middle East conflict is not going away any time soon IMHO

I read a lot of posts back and forth between posters on here.

I admit I not as clever as most here on the ins and outs on John Wood or life in general

Id admit like the hot weather I getting a bit tied of holding John Woods shares now and would like my money back, now so fingers crossed we see that 35p offer so I can move on still with my shirt on here .

There is still over 4% been held as short positions ( loaned shares from long term holders )

Does that mean they need to pay 35p to their respective Broker if John Woods share never trade again in London Stock Exchange ?

I also cannot see John wood shares opening much below 25p in a couple of weeks

This now got a 35p take it or leave it offer coming

If this opens below 25p I buying more :-)
