I made the decision to buy these shares and have placed a request with HL. They mentioned to me that they will start picking up these requests from tomorrow AM. AGM is on Monday, 6th of July and shares will appear in the account on or around 7th July. Let's hope there are some contract win announcements between now and then to take the share price higher. It will on execution and in good time but not in the next 2 hrs, 3 hrs, 4 hrs etc. If it’s not sold or sold at a lower price then that’s a problem as well..Given COVID 19 it is a buyers market right now as we all know and anyone lookong to buy will negotiate hard IMO.

Im in for now and will decide on the course of action after the AGM this week. If there is rights issue, then i will be out..

Few points atleast for me that we need to get clarity on.

Is rights issue off the table? Im not sure yet..
Whilst Eclipse disposal is good, it will not have a massive impact on balance sheet - dont think so
Debt is still high - its a fact
Disposal of ESS is certainly good news, how much will that be sold for? - Not sure and we need to wait, but the current market situation will not fetch massive PE multiples

For the record, Im not a shorter and never did with any share and have been here with an average of 41.5 and i wanted the share price to go up myself.

Just look at the subject line and read through all of the messages on the board. Im sorry but that is the impression that i've got and there are not constructive/balanced messages IMO..

Incessant ramping of the share on this board doesnt take the price up and from experience with any bad news share price falls off a cliff but goes up only slowly. Recovery is never straight line and market needs to be convinced on the actions from the management and build confidence that they can deliver the numbers. I will hold this as i believe this is a good recovery play with significant potential upside. So is DLAR as i was encouraged with the progress they made under the new management and they seem to be turning that around. As always, DYOR.

Think the share price is holding on really well considering the broader market condition. I would agree with the comment from Credit Suisse, material re-rating is possible if disposals are complete and no further equity dilution through a rights issue or an open offer.

They just appeared in my HL account as well. Unable to execute them though. I called up customer services and was was informed that they will enable us to buy the open offer shares from tomorrow and that the deadline for buying is 1st July.

This comment in Nasdaq article was reassuring for me "The divestitures would help shore up the company's finances at a time when others have had to launch rights issues to raise funds". Also, transcript from 5th Mar says that they have enough funds to progress the transformation programme. Also, big funds (RWC, River and Mercantile) adding and increasing their position also gives me extra confidence that there may not be a rights issue. Time will tell. DYOR..

I have also taken a position late last week as Capita appears undervalued to me. Disposal announced on Friday and the disposal in the pipeline (ESS) should help shore up balance sheet by reducing debt. However, the lingering doubt i have in my mind is the rights issue. I have read through the transcript on 5th March and also the articles yesterday in the press gives me some confidence that they may not need a rights issue. Time will tell, but IMO this will re-rate only if the doubts on rights issue is cleared, which we should get a confirmation of at the AGM next week IMO. Shorts will also close which is roughly 5% of the shares, once that position is clear. As always, DYOR.

Like the company and the share value is low, but the balance sheet is depressed with debt and they need money to fund transformation as was mentioned. Only thing holding me back is the possibility of a fund raise as that is a possibility IMO, i could be wrong, but sooner they provide clarity the better it is for all concerned..

Gladstone started shorting at a much higher price, so their average must be much higher (even with the recent addition of short). However, i think the tide will turn anytime from now and they will have to close their shorts not too long from now IMO. Been a while news and hopefully we should start to see some news starting tomorrow or next week. GLA.

When is the trading update expected??

I am also very fearful of trading as well, as im concerned this will spike too soon to catch in case an RNS comes out. Between Gladstone and Kuvari, they still have about 1.2% of shorts left to close. If i were a short, i would be very concerned right now with risks stacking up, unless i started shorting when the share price is at much higher levels. Also, if existing holders, do not sell at lower prices, shorts have no option but to buy whatever shares are available at higher prices causing the share price to rise.

There are enough triggers for this to rise and relieve the pain of LTHs in the next few months IMO. Triggers

Does anyone know when the Q1 trading update is? There are few positive triggers here from what I could see in the medium term 1. Q1 results we know are good based on recent commentary on few cases closing with revenue realisation 2. Peterson case resolution 3. US Listing 4. Any other positive commentary from VW case on realisation. 5. Commentary on increased litigation activity due to COVID. GLA

Roughly 40% of trades today have an ACTX flag that indicates to me that institutions are exchanging shares at a negotiated price. Looks like consolidation around this price and ready for lift off tomorrow...
