And yes, i did hold 8 million shares and now hold none. I made £4,000 and last year I bought at 1.6p and sold just over 2p and cleared £17;000 .

The lesson is TRADE the SP. Don't just hold it.

The SP is on a precipice. There was support at .78p which looks likely to fall very shortly.

I am no longer invested here but I feel I have the right to comment as I did hold 8 million shares up until Monday afternoon.

I don't like what I hear about this dilution and I see a big drop here, possibly tomorrow now that there is more news.

Shares are bought and sold and I will consider buying back in if I can get good value but I don't see that at.85p.

For me, sub.40p would be a buy.

I bought these as a punt and I managed a £4,000 profit but I have sold out completely now.

I agree the Rukwa holding has massive potential and the SP may go up in time however these CLN's are bad. Also, what was the Marex fee? He1 should disclose this and they probably will have to.

That the headwinds are turning to Tailwinds. One the ML is signed then financing will become clear and I expect this to result in a sharp rise. Proven resources, a plan to extract them. It's just the financing. It has to be external.

We are .10p off the triple bottom recently and it's holding up well. I dont like the spread but this is weeding out the weak sellers

A close above 92p would be positive and then onto July for the next RNS and signing.

My opinion only however I am in for over £70k and expect to see a large rise as soon as the financing is sorted.

This RNS is good news so the SP will rise and then it's up to whether we see profit taking or not. I reckon a close around .94- .97p

Another dilution but only 5%. I have bought another £10,000 this morning as this is primed to succeed . Just need some equity backing for TZ. Either through TZ government or 3rd party banks. One of the executive directors is experienced in raising external finance so should know where to go.

This BB sees the most pointless drivel posted that I have ever had the misfortune to read.

I must highlight PB with his/her daily rubbish fantasy posts and HD with his/her daily criticism.

To all sensible persons reading this board.

The fact is there is heck of a lot of potential here however it comes with big risk.

It is clear that only good news from a JV in TZ will propel the SP and could double/treble or more. No good news then the SP will halve. Be ready for that .

Remember, this is your money which I assume you have worked hard to attain so make your own decisions.

Look for volume (today there is little) and be prepared to take a profit if there is one.

OK. My thoughts.

This is Capital preservation. Cannot be anything else.

However, the company being paid in shares must be confident these will increase in value.

All in all, I will continue to hold as before. Average of .87p anyway

Stick a 2 or a 3 in front of the SP then i will be a lot happier
