You're welcome Storm . As someone on another board made me have a look , it's was the anniversary of the Ebiox EPA Approval on the Ultra products ( Instrument cleaners ) March 1st 2004 . It's been a very hard,long,and I would imagine expensive row to hoe ! Everybody , I would assume , has had loads of time to prepare for the execution of the marketing of it . Is it real ? There's all of the contact details . Great to see confirmation from a japanese company !

I take it that they are already selling the Ebiox instrument cleaners . I wonder if the surface decontamination products will be called Trionics , Trukleen ,... The US EPA Approval must have triggered it . IMHO

It cost me £11.24 for the one bottle of hand wash : £5.35 for the hand wash £4.21 for the shipping fee £1.68 tax If I was to put in an order for six bottles the shippng fee would have still been £4.21 . Anyone can sign up and login to get this info and put an order in from their new catalogue! I did notice the Ebiox Hand Rub was £4.875 per bottle in a six pack versus one bottle @ £5.35 .

Storm . the comment about me being the only buyer didn't come across as a joke . The management : I have raised all kinds of hell about different situations I have stumbled across . Probably not so much on this board though . I just rare that I speak about them anymore . My research has always been backed up with web sites so people can take a look . I doubt if their are many that do. A big investment for me ? Yes , have followed this company for almost three years and hve seen it all ( unfortunately ) "Love this company" ? Yesterday was the first day of the online purchasing . I'm sure they have bugs in it to iron out . Once this is done I'm sure the message will be pushed across to their customers . At least we now know that the online purchasing is working and that we can get the orders the next business day . Even received it with their new stationery with its new name and logo on it .

Just got back from Ipswich and found a note in the door . I then went next door to pick up my Ebiox Hand Wash that I ordered online. DHL tried to deliver it at 08:00 hrs this morning . THAT'S LESS THAN 24 HRS AFTER I ORDERED IT !!!
