Hello Storm "I agree that Optiscope must be worth a lot of money, what I do not understand is why they would want to sll it as has been suggested." I'm sure HCEG are looking at all sides of the coin . This article just gives us a very rough idea of what things in this industry could possibly be worth .In return it could help us with a "shot in the dark" valuation of Optiscope and help towards understanding HCEGs valuation as well.

Thank you for your vote of confidence Storm . The truth of the matter is you know about as much as I do . I try to post what snippets I can from my googling . I believe we are close to finalising many things but who knows in what order. There has been a lack of news! I can't blame them to a certain degree as they could be on the verge taking HCEG onto a higher plane and must be careful . They have new management , monies , relaunched Crest , Optiscope , Ebiox and new trials coming up on Fertiligent . We have seen snippets on everything but only Sultan Healthcare has been official . We expected some things at the end of 2006 and here it is Feb. 2007 .I believe HCEG will boom when it does start . Everything has been pointing that way . Of recent there has been a large rise in the S.P. but I personally would like to see some more news to sustain the rises . DYOR PS I think Optiscope could be worth a lot of money ! What will happen to Optiscope is a nail biting secret !

"Tuesday, January 16, 2007 Endoscope maker to sell some assets Endoscope maker Vision-Sciences Inc., of Natick, said it will sell assets related to the production of its ENT sheath products to Medtronic Xomed Inc., a unit of Medtronic Inc., for $34 million. Vision-Sciences also granted Medtronic an exclusive royalty-free license to EndoSheath intellectual propertyl. Of the total purchase price, $27 million is due at closing. An additional $4 million will be paid upon reaching certain milestones, and another $3 million will be paid about 15 months after closing. Vision-Sciences will transfer its production lines for EndoSheath ENT product from Natick to Medtronic's Jacksonville, Fla., facility. Raki: Dr. Woods figures are preconsolidation . Not going to study the rest . I highly recommend you sit down and read through their reports and RNSs. Akers was chairman of Interactivity and stepped down when HCEG took over !!! I noticed that some of Digital Looks info is well out of date . Dr. Wood CEO ???? I didn't see anything on the sceond part of your post . Did you get it from somewhere else ? They still have a strong buy for HCEG with yesterdays price .

Evening guys and gals . After consolidation ( Jan. 05 ) he would have owned 10,051,625 shares . Since that date Dr. Wood has bought almost another 5 million new shares . 40p a share (would have been after consolidation as it shows he paid 1.62p for 575,000)! I can only dream right now but who knows what's in store for us in the future .

Lets get real here guys . That is very old and a lot has happened including a 25/1 sharw consolidation . Need to use up to date material . Any body know what the share price was on 9/9/04 ? :-)

Nicholas Brigstocke 2,072,186 Lyndon Gaborit 1,053,351 Mark Tompkins 1,274,409 Nigel Wray 17,222,057 Total 21,622,003 These figures match yours Storm .But the last thing on Dr. Wood was dated 9/6/06 in the annual report and it says "15,270,323 shares (and funny enough) equals 8.15%"

I make it @ 5.5 % but that's only if he hasn't bought or sold any since the last annual report . He's just a regular shareholder like us now that probably wants his investments back as well . I'm sure Optiscope is getting 101% of his attention . Read the last annual report in conjunction with the RNSs .

In the last annual report Dr. Wood had @ 15 million shares . Unless he has 3% or more of the company I doubt if you'll be able to track it anymore . Dr.Wood is on contract work with HCEG for 6 months to help finish putting Optiscope together . 3 months of it is already up . It started in Nov.. :-)
