I found it ! 01.Dec.2006 Award of warrants In consideration for arranging the recent Placing, Numis Securities Limited ("Numis") was entitled to a commission of 4 per cent. of the value of those Ordinary Shares placed by Numis on behalf of the Company (excluding the Ordinary Shares subscribed for by the Directors), amounting to GBP76,000 which has been applied in subscribing for Ordinary Shares at the placing price of 3p per share (“Placing Price”). In line with all shareholders in the Placing, each subscription for 4 Placing Shares includes the issue of 1 warrant. Consequently, Numis has been awarded 633,333 warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at the Placing Price of 3p per share. Application has been made for the warrants to be admitted to AIM. You state that there are 28,386865 warrants outstanding my broker now says that the figure is about 29.7M! Why can't companies be more transparent and make an announcement when there is a change.This sort of stuff drives me mad, it is such a waste of time. Prelims at the end of May and the Annual report was July 3rd of last year . Have they moved it forward this year ? Someone on another board mentioned that 16,666,665 warrants from the Nov. placing would be exercised at 3p . I have no way of verifying this . Maybe your broker can Storm .

Hi Pat . If HCEG haven't learnt to keep their eye on the ball by now it will probably be hopeless . But I think they have a new large body of professionals to help them and after what the Institutions and large Investors went through in the past I would imagine they aren't missing anything either . A year and a half is actually a short period of time to bring a company around from chaos and they are still with us with the support of the Institutions including their money from two new placings . I believe their future will be exciting !
