Normally, I would direct you to our web site at www.azda.gov. This site is updated weekly with most of our licenses and registrations. However, the products you mentioned were not showing for some reason. I checked our database and all 3 were registered in July and the certificates were mailed out. Mr. *******, None of the three Ebiox products are registered yet in New York State. Applications for two of the products were received 7/2/07, and they are currently being processed. The application for the third product was received 7/20/07. We will probably not start the review process for this application until the week of 9/17/07. If there are no problems with the application, registration is usually granted within a few days after the review has started. In conjunction with Cornell University, the Department maintains a searchable database of pesticides at: http://magritte.psur.cornell.edu/pims/ That database is updated weekly, although the labels take a couple of extra weeks to show up.
