Dentsply wraps up deal CPENN Staff 7/18/2007 Dental-products manufacturer Dentsply International Inc. finalized its acquisition of the assets of Sultan Healthcare Inc., a New Jersey-based dental-products company. The deal, announced June 22, will add between $45 million and $50 million to York-based Dentsply’s annual sales, according to Dentsply. The final price for Sultan’s assets will depend on Sultan’s future performance. In late June, Bill Jellison, Dentsply’s chief financial officer and senior vice president, estimated that number would be between $75 million and $100 million. Hello Mr. Those products posted on our List NOD (Notice of Proposed Decision to Register) means that DPR scientific staff have completed their evaluation and have proposed that the product be registered. This assumes that all other criteria have been met which includes DPR receiving a copy of the approved EPA stamped label. Since I do not yet have that for Ebiox, the package will stay with me. Once I receive the EPA stamped, approved label I will compare it to the proposed California label. If the California label incorporates all changes required by EPA in their cover letter, then I will send the package to licensing where it will be "officially" registered. The other 2 Ebiox products have not yet been posted on the List NOD.
