A very good theory I would say . 2005 annual report : "Starting his career in healthcare in 1983 with Hoechst AG, Gordon Wood later moved to the newly-merged veterinary businesses of ICI and Wellcome in 1987. He doesn't appear to have any direct affect on HCEG other than as a consultant for Optiscope . Mind you he still has a lot of shares !

The big picture ! You'll have to go back to the "old guard" for that I'm afraid . The spiders web is much bigger than most know . If it's bothering you that much maybe you should be making phone calls to these institutions , large shareholders , and even Warrington . Take a trip to Warrington and find out . Please post what research you have done to back up your claims as I'm very interested in reading it .

That's cr*p Blue and you know it . These are business people with consultants , solicitors , and the weight of the Institutions and large shareholders on their back . They definately have a plan maybe not what everyone would prefer .

Gordon Wood has resigned as an executive director with immediate effect, to pursue other opportunities. He will remain as a consultant to the Group for a short period to assist in the commercialisation of the Optiscope business. The Board wishes to thank Dr Wood for his contribution over the three years that he has been with the Group, and wishes him well in pursuing endeavours in the United States. He must have resigned on his terms and got a hand shake to boot ! So why all of the false interest in Dr. Wood ?
