I was wondering if Eric still had his 1 million Placing shares?

Is he gone? Is he not a regular shareholder now?

Does the company have to buy any of it back if he leaves?

RP... 1 million ordinary shares were Founder shares but he did pay 5p for the other 11 million shares. Warrants @ 5p to expire next March...…. Price needs to stay where it is until this is sorted out.
