Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
@Taverham
You know nothing. Only what you've been force fed by red top/MMS media.
Blair agreed to go along with WMD based on false US intel. He got the US to end war (2nd WW) repatriations in return. His Govt presided over greatest peacetime prosperity, education, health changes than any before or since - check @russincheshire - I was not pro-Blair until read the facts.
You can have wealth creation. You can have a healthier welfare state. Less poverty. Better education (curriculum needs to change drastically) happy city. Happy peeps. We may have to pay more in tax. But fairly so. But it can be done. Cool Britannia was real. Saying Blair and BoriS Eton ****wit are same is testicular.
Monarchy is anachronistic but so is FPTP electoral system/HoLords etc. but both those institutions are at least honourable unlike this bloated , lie-spewing, self-serving, cheating , pompous, selfish old Etonian criminal who dishonours the greatest office in this country.
Anyway. Back to GGP. What a wonderful share to be in. Is it real? You betcha. Otherwise JPM and BR would not be arsing with it. Is the SP dreadful and scary. You betcha that's what JPM and R want you to think.
Will it come good as an investment IMHO?
Well, ask yourself this simple Question: how many of his multi, multi millions of shares has the man who knows more about this orebody than anyone else sold?
If you can get hold of alum Baxter the answer would neither take any time answering let alone trouble him.
Mmmmmmmmmmmm??
Good script that was well fed getting considered, managed, fulsome answers - nothing wrong with a biased interviewer. It gave our MD a platform to say what he wanted. Bearing in mind he is not allowed to lie and not allowed to divulge 'insider info', when you consider the enormous positivity coming across from SD, holding this stock bodes very well.
Well done BR - best, most professional work yet, not least getting the man on for so long.
And well done SD - no one can doubt we have a man at the helm who really, truly does care about his shareholders.
Gold (of course) star!
The former last posted (under this handle in 2017). The latter is absolutely right - in 4 years this share will more than double. Way more. That's because it is a share in a gold mine that is being built rapidly, in a way that will deliver huge revenues quickly (in about 2 years). With the second lowest AISC in the world. Those, boys, are facts. Not opinions, like the utterings from your rectal tracts.
Have either of you naysayers got any shares in it? If not, find a pond and go forth and multiply?
Brillo - thanks Bamps. So fair to say whilst these calcs are without doubt very exciting, they are considered and not at all sensationalist. I think you have also said in the past that the shape of the ore body really suits block cave mining - does that mean greater efficiency/lower costs to mine as we get lower down?
Two things (well three really because like everyone else I should say thanks Bamps for all your hard work)
You say you are using an average of 0.75gt but could that rise to 1g/t or at least a little higher than what you have?
And secondly, have you taken any of the Cu into account?
Brilliant 6000th post!
In the space of 1 day...
"Hope so sold out 2 weeks ago, so can own 200 k again if goes single figures then back up to 40p and sell lol"
"Hopefully big RNS tomorrow otherwise I can see single figure SP by Friday only problem I have completely derisked 2 weeks ago but that’s life"
"Reece please let me know when you sell we can do it together lol"
Either you’re out of this share so why bother or you’re still in it so why try talking it down?
Methinks Plumshare is a bumscare?
Matty, it's more about letting on (the qt) that if a someone knows that a certain small-mid cap producer needed a cash injection, a certain explorer with cash in their pockets 'might' be the FIRST people to talk to.
Feelers out and all that - Paddy's theory is excellent, viz gaining more big-boy interest and backing by meeting all the requirements to be in the GDX. Not being as smart as Paddy, I'd asked him if we had some spare cash if our newly AIM joined neighbour might be someone we got into bed with and that was the smart answer he gave i.e. we'd be better having gold derived cash coming in for those reasons than 'investing' in a similar animal to us: that's what NCM are there for.
Digital means of exchange will come, it is inevitable for all the benefits it brings like transparency, traceability, immediacy and, one day, uniformity. To 100% base it on a limited and valued resource, like gold (you could even have a silver one, for trade) would also make sense, as in the amount of currency in 'circulation' is interdependent on the amount of that resource and obviously the supply of that money can and will only increase as the resource stocks grow. Can't see it being the only means of exchange soon, or even for a long time, but its value would always be pegged, known and most importantly therefore would be a step away from the Fed and the banks being in control.
One can see why the BRICs countries have been buying up bullion lately, accompanied - as Paddy will surely be aware of and have given his nod of approval to - the Emerald Isle.
Russia and China have become capitalist-centric economies so quickly, whilst remaining totalitarian regimes; this is a potent force. And they can the shady practices that may have got them where they are, wearing the cloak of respectability, as they seek global dominance, at least economically to start with.
Having a real world digital currency, 100% linked to the value and supply of gold means trading with them and paying for it has to be in a form, if it is not their digital currency, of a commodity that is of equivalent value in terms of exchange value on the day - like diamonds, nickel, copper and barrels of oil, as examples. Paper money, promissory notes won't cut it...gold stocks will rightly become more valued all IMHO
Hi Mattyboy, sorry for your loss. Where do you live mate? I don't know what your previous skillset was, what's around you or how much you need to keep the wolf from the door - but, look out for Agency' work especially stuff to do with COVID. Also, you may be able to equity release to meet the tax bill (please do your research - there are sharks out there) until your shares come good? Best Stu
Bamps, all these posts about Nickel. Knowing knowledgeable you are, how well researched and dedicated you are. And the fact that despite your moniker rhyming with ramps, you wouldn't know how to do that if you tried as you're honest....can some of us know-nothings infer there might be even more to be excited about being GGP SHs than there already is?
@SAS it may be me - I've had an 'emotional; evening that through imbibing port now has made me somewhat tireder!
But, whilst we are listed second in in the Sprott Junior Gold Miners ETF and GGP, I do believe looking at the figures we may actually be the largest?
...put all our 'house' furniture in a friend's barn. The same person has given us a pitch for our large (luxuryish) Marquee with 3 bed areas, a kitchen area and shower; both fed courtesy of a hosepipe (safely adjoined to a long electric cable) attached to my mate's cowshed's outside tap, through a converted Baxi boiler in a field we're renting over Xmas and hopefully not too far beyond. Money came through just after lunch, so together, with all with our equity, savings, 4 x maxed out ISAs etc was able to pay back the shares I've 'bought' through several brokers (who made a pretty penny). So, the kids (20 and 24) and the wife have backed me to the hilt. We have committed everything we have (except my grandad's Rolex) to this. Barbecued Turkey, potatoes, parsnips and probably overcooked veg on the patio gas burner is our Xmas day but we so believe - even making five figures on the up turn today.
Please, please EUA board let that RNS fly soon - not sure the water pipe is insulated all the way against frost and don't really fancy showering over a hole covered with a meshed fence in the middle of winter in a canvas home. But we do have an F-off log burner n the middle. And because the 4g signal is great, and we're with Sky with 380+Gb of piggy bank data, the kids are cool (well cold) but think it's worth the risk.
Come on the board. Come on EUA. We really, really believe in you!
