Excellent full year results posted by TTG. Happy days.
I tend to sell and move on to the next opportunity. I assume this will trade slightly under the agreed price at about 600-605p range, better off selling rather than waiting months for a slightly higher final price in my opinion.
Great news to see NAS are now committed to this. Purchasing a 13.2% stake @ 605p means there's very little reason to sell just yet. The potential upside definitely exceeds the potential downside of holding.
Er latest RNS, NAS still claiming that 510p is fair value. Ummm, it's a big NO from me.
Some useful info from Menzies about the takeover offer.

They've already provided the company outlook in the RNS, did you even read it?
A nice strong trading update today.

A likely trading update tomorrow. I'm expecting a good one.
Wowzer I'm back to evens on this share. Niceeeeeeeee!
Just had to mute that Lse2000 weirdo. Ahh, much better.
When will this stop rising.... it's almost tripled in price since the IPO. I may have to sell soon if there starts to be a downward trend.
Doesn't seem to be happening at all though. A lovely problem to have.
It's finally broken out of 300p. Hopefully it can push on a bit more now.
Full year results sorry, not just a trading statement.

behind a paywall so I could only read the start, but the Times are reporting that the trading statement is set for release tomorrow and that analysts expect a rise in pre-tax profits by 64% to £12.1m.
The share price today certainly reflects this.
Here's hoping for another ride back up towards 300p in the near future.
Just turned on Sky news and there is Mike Ashley, I only caught the very end so missed it. doh! Did he say anything important?
A big blow of course losing circa £112 mil of revenues in the expected 2019/20 period, but for some context this company does have a lot of growth historically.
Revenues
2014: £200 mil
2015: £250 mil
2016: £380 mil
2017: £470 mil
2018: £525 mil
it's unfortunate that companies like this will lose big contracts from time to time and take a big hit but long term I wouldn't exactly be too worried.
Results are due on the 6th March by the way, not the 7th.
is it not up 3%??
think the 15% is in the column above.
So what day do we think the RNS will drop. Anyone hopeful for tomorrow?
hit £3 today :p
