I suspect we'll see a flurry of announcements by the end of the month in both the core and non-core part of the business. This is of course speculation on my behalf, however in August they traditionally make the share bonus awards to the team based on the previous 12 months activity. Of course we're not privy to the metrics but they have awarded themselves handsomely in the past and time is running out to meet whatever metrics they set themselves.

Could it be Harbour? Their only African presence in a so called 'Global Portfolio' is a tiny stake in Mauritania from what I can see, so is it odd that they turn up to this event?

Yes we could do that but it also useful to discuss how aligned they are to generating a return for shareholders.
They after all, well remunerated with 21million shares at nil cost between the three of them at year end and also over 1 million dollars in pay and bonuses. Is this appropriate?

So the question now is do you offload tomorrow, taking a savage haircut and live to fight another day. Or do you hold on, knowing that the BoD can't run a toaster, with the share price likely to drift for some time until there is evidence of some growth.

Prep is indeed valued at nil in the books but Immutex is in there at £7m.
Anyone got a view on how CF proposes a cash divi by Christmas. Surely that could only come from selling Immutex and distributing the surplus cash?

Is it a bargain though? The board has a nasty habit of surprising the market and surely they must be facing some very tough credibility questions from institutions.
