Adi - thanks for posting the below article. Hopefully I am wrong but at this late stage I am slightly nervous that TLW are still looking for a partner. It’s almost deadline day so unless Rahul is playing poker with press statements like that I am concerned.

To be honest I don’t particularly like the drop in the SP. That said the evolving approach of TLW is music to my ears. Drop the get quick rich exploration approach and go steady increases in production. Frustrating but nonetheless brilliant for LTH’s with patience. Day traders and shorters will eventually loose enthusiasm for this share and move onto pastures new. Fundamentally the crazy swings in the SP lie at their doors.

Dare to dream Uni. And the icing on the cake would be confirmation of Totals FID for Uganda. Can only hope.

On the plus side if I have to take some pain to get rid of the scumbag institutional shorters then so be it. They make the bucks by seeking out the weak and failing. Tullow is now heading in the right direction and is financially on a solid footing. It’s just not their natural home. I wish they’d just sod off. GLA LTH’s.

I am not normally on this board as BP is a safe investment, ups and downs yes but loosing the family silver no. That said with POO rising I am totally buzzed and all of a sudden BP has become an exciting share. Who knows what the green future will bring but for now it’s our time. Some serious money was/is invested in TLW by a number of funds whose sole purpose was to hasten the demise of a fundamentally sound company whose strategic direction was badly mismanaged. More often or not these guys win (David v Goliath) but just occasionally the little has their day and frankly now is our time.
They are like Polar Bears stuck on an Ice Berg that is drifting south hoping that the wind changes direction. Basically stuck and fu-ked. Good effing riddance.

An interesting approach would be for someone to fund the pipeline etc and charge per unit.

With POO going ballistic a strategic partner for Kenya is looking more and more like a done deal.
