It’s either National Savings for your pension money or invest. Risk adverse with a limited income. You stumble across a company like Capricorn and it’s heaven for you. TLW has spoiled the party. Forget about the possibility of increasing your initial investment.

It seems pretty evident to me that the CNE board will have consented to this merger on the basis that the Kenya deal will successfully conclude and firm assurances no doubt given to support this. The TLW share price should then re-rate and the outcome of the merger votes will be a foregone conclusion - the merger happens.

I’m a man of simple tastes. I just want to see the institutional shorters fry.

Either way the signs are positive. I doubt very much whether Rahul would want to be photographed with the Minister for Oil in the omens weren’t good.

Another take on why the CNE shorts are closing is that as these are borrowed CNE shares the shorters have to return the “said CNE shares”. Just a theory, possibly the institution’s loaning them may accept monies or TLW shares in lieu.

JMAX. Not sure if you were replying to me. I was referring to the CNE AHA. Around 70million shares. My first reaction was system glitch.

CNE recording dozens of large after hours trades. Something is going on. Wonder if any of the wise heads on this board could shed any light on this activity.

Been down this route before and any decision regarding a future merger ultimately rests with the institutional shareholders. Presumably both CNE and TlW have faith that the big boys will be on side and this marriage will go through unhindered.

Someone is buying large tranches of shares today. Several going through at 500k and 250k. A positive signal in my humble opinion.

Hi plasterer I am a simple soul. I’ve been here before with one of my investments with Eland Oil. They got taken over. Trust me we’ll get non stop RNS’s coming our way. I gave up eventually. Good times ahead though. Lots of very worried speculators out there. It’s our time now.
