Yes agree Affrm I feel your pain. I’m trying my best to stay optimistic but this entire situation is starting to drag me down. Clearly things are going on in the background from a legal perspective which the company don’t wish to share and in the absence of any other positive news just compounds the entire frustrating situation. Anyway here’s hoping and good luck genuine holders.

On a slightly more positive note PPP did actually win the case. I think if RMD wanted to walk away they probably would have done it by now. Who knows Casper it may be personal for them now and I guess GCD pockets are deeper than demolition crews.

Affrm - If I owned a hotel which historically had pest infestations. Although since resolved but bookings hadn’t recovered i’d guess the reason would be my brand was damaged. To turn things around i’d do everything to demonstrate that there would be no re-occurrence. Hence by appointing someone with experience of pest control aka fraud would be prudent.

I’m pleased Mr White got his shares (an honestly awful predicament). However if he then went on to buy another tranche when the first batch was outstanding suggests he was given some information to secure the deal. If i’m wrong and he wasn’t the purchaser of the 12p a share batch I apologise.
