Tapitica (TAP) bought Tremor Video DSP from Tremor Video. Tremor Video then renamed as Telaria.
RhythmOne (rthm) used to be called Blinkx (blnx).

The 2 merged in April this year and renamed as Tremor International - not to be confused with the original Tremor Video.

There's no real news. If you look at the rthm chart, there were repeated false dawns where the sp rose on expectation of some good news, only to be severely disappointed every time.

All there is are posters claiming there is a change in sentiment or some sort of revaluation.. There's nothing to back such claims up...

The fact is there have been 2 WELL KNOWN IIs who sold some of their holding last month and an unknown Saudi buyer. Like all previous occassions posters prefer to see anyone buying as a knight in shining armour until the same II sells... Then they prefer to ignore the seller... Remember when Richard Griffiths, R&M, Lombard were buying but now that they are selling, it's no big deal.

The Industry Challenges haven't changes but increased... GDPR2.0, ITP2.2, move to fewer DSPs/SSPs, CCPA, will all hit for fy2019 (Dec). As well as the skeletons from rthm.

The other fact is that the company themselves have warned of Industry Challenges in 2019.

The current rthm eq sp is around 110p, down 80% from around 500p 2 yrs ago. I think it's more a case of some think the Industry Challenges are factored in the sharp fall in the sp over the past 2 yrs, don't you think? The 100p is where I was expecting the sp to fall to....

The company (tap, now trmr) themselves did think Industry Challenges may harm them in 2019, so need results and believable outlook, which are still some weeks away....

H2B is a government inititiative. It's demise will also mean an end to leasehold on new single dwellings..
The problem is when there is a housing price crash, the H2B portion will still be owned by the govn or tax payers..
Therefore, there will probably be a public outcry as to why tax payers are having to foot the bill for private home owners..

There haven't been any annual figures to back it up. Trmr (tap) have taken rthm and re-launched their operations. Rthm was already in Europe so that's nothing new.

Rthm was loss making for years. Have you seen figures to suggest that trmr have turned rthm around?

Leasehold reform is under consultation.

The issue here is:
1) How much would a redress of leasehold cost?
2) How many sales did the housebuilder have using leasehold and Help to Buy?

The timing of the GBH acquisition is spot on... as the NHS announced in January, that Integrated Care Systems will be created everywhere by Apr 2021..ie over the next 2 yrs...

Pointless buying GBH after new contracts have been rolled out....
