It is common for the NHS to suspend new contracts around the time of GE, as a change in government could result in a change in NHS policy. So it's not surprising that there were delays in awarding new contracts.

However, the crucial point is they say revenues are lower than market consensus due to delays in awarding NEW contracts..That implies brokers are expecting them to win NEW contracts. Now that GE is out of the way for another term, I expect the NHS will continue to award NEW contracts, which TLY is well positioned for.

fy revenues should be over £100m.. and they paid an interim dividend.

The partnership was announced in Dec, so isn't new. It was due to launch last month.

These are their results for last year, which included a partial contribution from Medimark. Since the results these have lost the Tesco contract, so loss of contribution from them.

There's no evidence that they increased orders across the board significantly to justify the £30m mcap? They recently (March 23rd) stated that orders were £1.7m to June.
They don't make PPE (masks, aprons, face shields).
Maybe that was why the company broker, Finncap, didn't increase the target price of 7p??
The Tristel deal was announced months ago, so Finncap, were aware of the partnership.

Plus their last accounts were not qualified, so would show if a proper DD is carried out.

Instead of getting their accounts qualified, they've CHANGED AUDITORS.

I think that's a very questionable move.
Plus the shares were suspended last Sept because they didn't publish their accounts within the required 6 months from end of year.

Look at the sp historical going back a year to Apr 2019. The buy back was announced following the rthm merger in Apr 2019.

Read Byot's rns during the past year. Their sp fell because:
1) They have been seeking a US partner for months
2) They lost the contract with Tesco
3) Their accounts are not qualified and their shares were suspended 7 months ago, as they couldn't publish their accounts. In the 23rd March TU, they changed auditors without having their previous accounts qualified, which I think is very questionable.
4) Their trial at Target ended last week. A trial which was announced nearly 2 yrs ago.

Their announced orders of £1.7m to June. Why no other details?

Their sales also spiked because of Swine flu but look at what happened afterwards.
They had a partnership with Snergy plc, a global company. What happened?

Finncap, the company broker, didn't increase their tp of 7p, despite the Tristel deal. Why not? Do they believe all the 'potential' is already in the price??

WHO/CDC/NHS recommend soap/water and if not available, alcohol based sanitiser. Byot's is not.

Look at the 2 holding rns and date of transaction.. The holding transaction dates are 21st Feb and 19th March, both before the March 23rd TU.

The 1st one was about 6 weeks ago, the 2nd about 2 weeks ago.

R&M were increasing their holding when the rthm/TAP merger was announced just over a year ago.
They are now selling as Trmr report the 1st set of results following that merger.

I think it's too much of a coincidence that they increased their holding as the merger was announced and sold a couple of days after the fy results were announced.
They also sold to the day the merger was completed a year earlier, ie 2nd April.

The results didn't back up the bullish comments and expectations published just over a year ago.

The buy back may help in the short term but I think there are more problems ahead, in addition to Covid-19, falling ad prices, Industry Challenges, loss of revenue/cash from discontinued operations.

Therefore, the only FIRM orders are £1.7m. 'Many more' isn't the same as significant and LOOKING is not firm orders, as they can be cancelled.

They actually saying "many more orders" still being processed and q1 order book is LOOKING substantial.
The only FIRM orders are £1.7m. 'Many more' isn't the same as significant and likewise LOOKING is not firm orders, so can be cancelled.

So you are misquoting what they are actually saying?
