Company accounts14 Apr 2020 22:17
These are their results for last year, which included a partial contribution from Medimark. Since the results these have lost the Tesco contract, so loss of contribution from them.
There's no evidence that they increased orders across the board significantly to justify the £30m mcap? They recently (March 23rd) stated that orders were £1.7m to June.
They don't make PPE (masks, aprons, face shields).
Maybe that was why the company broker, Finncap, didn't increase the target price of 7p??
The Tristel deal was announced months ago, so Finncap, were aware of the partnership.
From fy:
"Headline Group revenue for the year to 31 March 2019 was £5.66m (2018: £1.82m restated), EBITDA £0.82m (2018: loss £1.47m restated) and we are pleased to report a net profit for the year of £0.34m (2018: loss £1.57m restated). "

Plus their last accounts were not qualified, so would show if a proper DD is carried out.
Instead of getting their accounts qualified, they've CHANGED AUDITORS.
I think that's a very questionable move.
Plus the shares were suspended last Sept because they didn't publish their accounts within the required 6 months from end of year.
"The Directors have made every effort to resolve this matter to our auditor's satisfaction, without success. Whilst it may have been possible eventually to obtain a suitable response, the length of time this may have required was indeterminate, and the Board took the decision that the interests of shareholders were best served by publishing the accounts with the consequential qualified audit opinion but resulting in the lifting in the suspension from trading on AIM. Since the year end we have transferred over £86,000 of the aggregate amount from the bank concerned to another commercial bank and intend to transfer the balance shortly"

There's a lack of clarity and a proper detailed TU is needed.
