Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Slightly odd things today Backspace....
Dummy sell for 100k, 200k, even 300k got me 6.272p. when spread in theory 6.1 to 6.3p ?
So not all the trades near to the top bid may be buys at all....
But then again. Why are the MMs offering me so close to the bid to sell ...... Perhaps they need shares for one reason or another....
Just interesting. Not as interesting as some overdue Comms from JM to wake this up a bit ... But in lieu of any hard news.... Interesting !?
Cheers.
Don't disagree Picked. Good analysis & points.
Tbh. With the macro economic situation.... EG inflation going higher, the fed and its likely reaction, Ukraine etc etc.
The likely short, or even now mid term reaction to an offer for the lot bottoming out at over 15p..... Yes can very much see that being seriously looked at in the places that matter. So not just by disenchanted minority PI holders.
Right or wrong. But its on the agenda more now than in the past one has to say.
Not what many invested here for originally granted. But it may be a possible endgame you have to think.
Regards.
Is it not the case at the moment though that the spin on this has been:
So far very underwhelming grades (market clearly agrees)...
But that this may point to a Minable ore body lower than the 500 metres sampled to date.... May ....
Then though we get much lower, and we get out of Open Pit territory, and into more expensive extraction methods. So I mussed that even if true, this will need something far closer to the RMM grades I mentioned to justify the higher depth extraction?
At the moment it's a mute point. As they have no holes that far down as yet to prove the point.
The frustration with ROCK has always been.... Drill a few previously explored areas...show a bit of promise. But it's never followed up and proven. Then move on and do it again... Hence SP mini spikes and never ever sustains......
This talk of Greece etc seems more of the same to many LTH. I think most of us want some progress on the Cu here and now, not more obfuscation. Maybe DP will give a plan soon to prove it up or cross it off, but not holding my breath.
Till then.... The market ignores us. There are so many other options out there like the one I mentioned, that unless something is outlined to wake people ... Then this will slumber on, just as it has for months.
Seems like small volumes here still. But seller about and dropping reasonable chunks again, so winning the tug of war for now & so forcing the price down...
I bought a starter amount here a few weeks back, restricting myself to anything under 5p buy in etc.
Seems like despite the attempted climb into low/mid 5s recently, it's not got the escape velocity with no new news. So more ops under 5p it seems ongoing.
Have to admit contemplating selling a few more currently moribund stocks to add a few more if this pattern continues. But as ever realise that it's s calculated risk....Sorry, just thinking out loud.
Cheers.
For those not aware:
There was similar discussion on this grade areas about 4-5 months back...
Basically I similarly mentioned that 1.5 to 2% Cu (as that's what my other Cu play RMM was/is regularly cracking) as being very strong etc.
A few of the Am Geos on here ( some politely, some not so...). Made the point I recall that for lower depths you need a lot less for this potential Cu construct, as long as it's very large volume wise. Or that's what I recall?
At the same time though it was also discussed that to get to that volumous ore body it may need to be considerably deeper than 500m. To which I then wondered if this might be stretching the open pit option a bit, and much deeper looking at the other options, and so needing, just like RMM some far better grades?
Have to admit not a Geo so don't know. But know block caving is far more expensive etc.
Either way. The market sees the grades so far down to 500m as totally of no interest clearly. As said all along. If the deeper drills needed to actually spark interest then let's hope DP follows up and quickly, and this jolly to the Greek islands doesn't turn out to be an excuse to avoid a proper conclusion, one way or the other?
Cheers.
No axe to grind with interesting tips on BBs. I am sure that like a few others this is quite genuine.
But the only thing I tend to notice is that some people tip you off about a share that's already climbed, and that's not uncommon too. For example BHL this lithium company ran at around 7p for a long long time. Then just in last couple of weeks spikes up to 15p odd. Then we see a tip... Buy it guys .... It's going big.
As said, no disrespect and sure it may well be going to 70p or whatever, and a totally genuine one.
But why does no one tell you when it's 7p and before it's spiked ..... Now that would be some well researched and perhaps more useful info?
Just a thought.
Cheers.
@Zoros.
Hardly post, don't really read that often Zoros. But always find your posts interesting when I do.
But like you first bought around 1.6p in mid 2019.
You speak very sensibly amongst the ramping crazies, and the de-ramping trolls I feel.
You are not alone in your views tba.
Regards
As you said SB. Though I understand that having a plan out there opens you up to slippage and it being criticized, and so on.
Not having a plan after all the pain of the financial deal has caused... just keeps you under the very radars you need to be on right now to move both the company profile, and the SP forward. As Bwana says. We aren't producing soon, and so we need to be seen positively to be on the move to it ...
Weighing the two options up, & as on my original post. I would rather see one out there to be shot at than not tbh...
.... Since the deal finalising.
I think it would be nice quite soon, & following on from the equipment purchase.
To see some better exposure to the top level plan outlined by JM. I know that, & whilst, he can be very pleased he has all the monies raised and collaborators on board etc...He will be well aware that he has clearly caused (for now) a depression, and indeed a stagnation in his share price. But further though, a groundswell of poor sentiment amongst some of his most loyal share holding PI's as well.
He always came across to me as a very reasonable man. So I am sure he more than realises the above, and not just by looking at the decline of the SP from the high of 10.1p to bumping along at low 6s.
So please, and as he has we know recruited experienced project managers. It would be just nice now after the dust has settled to start seeing a bit on timescales, milestones and a regular tracking progress being outlined.
It will help sentiment no end I feel.
I don't think that's unreasonable as a share holder expectation. I think that this will also better highlight the great assets and future. Bolster existing holders who have been knocked about a bit. Plus add interest to newer ones. The great Ni price is a big help. But seeing a plan regularly updated to get our share of it would be helpful IMO?
Cheers.
Hi Ant.
Taken as intended of course. You are a little rascal who likes to wind people up. But I can see through to your underlying goodness of course ;-) so happy to have your badinarge as entertainment now and again here....
Your harmless as well, compared to some of the fruit cases with agendas that post here.... ;-)
Good luck to you too, what ever your strategy is here...
EIProf.....
Great post. Best by far today. Balanced and sensible. Understanding of the issues for a bombed out turnaround company that managers have to struggle with. Easy for people to throw stones. But have you tried it?
If a few people here looked beyond next week or the next month and considered what this could become by year end. Then IMO the knee jerk modern investor "want it yesterday" mentallity may be a bit more measured.
As you rightly say & I agree. We both think the mid term prospects here warrent the risk. But it may not payoff it's trur, and we are aware of that too.
But on balance I hold my 725k in here till my review date of start of Q4 at least. I will possibly add more on weakness as I judge it. Others who want to trade it. Talk it up then down, then up again. You have that right also, but forgive me if I pass your postings by.
Regards.
OMM.
Dear oh dear. You have a cheek my friend, after all your preaching and rerate next n fast pumping Autumn time.....
You seen the SP "progression" here in the last 4 months....!?
No lectures from you I am afraid. I have been invested here, as said in the past, going into year 3 now & as you are aware. Lifestyle is exactly how this share has been to date I am afraid. The Cu was supposed to change that.... Still waiting, but now seems we are off to Greece.... funny change of direction when the Cu Haverion equiv is supposedly so so close.... Emmm Go figure hey...
Wake me up when your 3p sustained rerate finally kicks in chum.
Given the big build up to the Cu, and thus far the stark inability to deliver. DP needs to get some credibility if he and his company are not to continue to be seen as feeding his "Lifestyle'.....
Venturing off elsewhere, as good an opp as it may or may not be is in danger of being seen as another chance to add to the near 6 million in raises and asks since he took over.
You can see a raise coming, and frankly in light of the current dire SP it's becoming a bit of a joke share I am afraid....
Hi Piler...
Constant battle agree. But then any monies made will go to causes that I feel comfortable with, can assure.
The man himself changed tbf, but kept his values as far as was possible strikes me. So to me, I try and do the same?
No great sign as yet... but any rewards here & on this potential will go to causes that he might approve off fear not.
Great point though.. Taken on board, and not the first. But to me it's an intellectual game now at my age (like the Chess was before) as well....
Day the BOD though seek funds in Arms or Support dictatorial regimes will be day I sell, regardless of price. Can say no more?
Cheers.
650k share sell into this nice RNS.....
It's interesting I guess, and as Oil says "absorbed". But It have given up speculating on motives. Everyone has their own pressures. Live and let live.
If you "feel" an investment. This feels like one to me.
I think it needs a decent Comms on the Hedge and Covid situation to rapidly move up.
Let's see.
Cheers.
Very much vid.
Big part of my growing up. Saw them live 4 times. Best live act I ever saw for the Energy, commitment and great ideas. Same as what you look for in a CEO of an AIM company really.... ;-)
Hope this one turns out as well as their legacy..... But I will shut up as too much off topic from me here in last day or so.
I know AIM says sit on hands. But any ideas when this one will begin some news flow. Get the impression the SP without the habitual seller in play is pregnant with expectation....
Cheers.
Hi AIM. O/T
Nice geometry in that Chess puzzle ta. Though clearly it's a made up study. If you like interesting, to sometimes tricky towork out finishes from real games that will certainly help your game?
I suggest checking out the powerplaychess site on YouTube run by Danny King (ex British GM from tournements I remember in the 1980s). This site has great analysis of lots of interesting games from top GMs from Danny. But also page to the bottom of his video list and there he has a load of these great finishes from real games. One word of warning is he reveals the answer quite fast. So need to pause and work it out yourself quickly just after he sets the scene....
Will try n post a link below. But will probably be removed by LSE.
As to ACP. See it had a few buys yesterday pushing it back above 5p. What about 4 million traded or so therefore a 0.75% odd churn? Not sure what the AVG volume daily is on this share. But assume a little step up? But nice to see the buying. Though it's only just recovered the price to back a bit above 5 after the recent drop back to high 4s tbf.. So not earth shattering moves as yet as you imply.

Hi Soundbuy.....
Like the cut of your jib....
But....are you actually....Luke reincarnated....!? :-)
For those not long termers here. Luke used to post "interesting Ni" related stuff similarly.
However he was very much like me & a lark..... So 6am odd postings to start a then usually hopeful day...
I suppose now, & with the real ongoing HZM malaise.... well..now any time of day is welcome relief.
I saw Craig post elsewhere that "it's a hangover that will quickly pass".....
Well, we hope so, but so fat it' the mother of one of those recurring Knut crunchers since this deal tbf... One h*ll of a party to date, and its now being paid for...
& So... N Moving on...
Think JM needs to be a bit more engaged now. As if he has really done the best for his responsible stock holders by this dilution. I think he needs to start better articulating it by real progress and soon.
JM, a similar call to mid last year..
Let's be 'avin you!
Cheers.
Hi Mavern.
I have to smile.... I saw the green box and assume the investment guru had responded, and from what you say is now reduced to criticising my poor English then ...
He isn't the first and won't be the last. Freely admit am not great in that department, so he can join the queue there.
However, & the difference between him and me is that I don't claim to be Shakespeare. However he seems to think he's a mini Warren Buffet, and wants to (repeatedly) tell us all about it... Yawn...
Anyhow. My concern here is for RMM and its progress towards clearing the Hedge, industrialising the mines further, and bringing out the strong Copper grades. I am hopeful of multiple RNS to move that along in the coming months. The SP should then look after itself. Macro economic factors permitting.
Cheers.
Thanks for the permission to do what makes me happy Darren. Big off you!
Also for the advice that every trade has a risk. Stunning...
I think that's enough.
I have 5 Green Coffins on this share, that bring only their ego and certainly no incite to my positions.
You just joined them chum. So post away on your successes by all means. But after 37 years investing, you will have to forgive me if I will just have to get by without your insightful input.... I will limp along.
Good evening
