Then the fees for usual spread when done manually doesn't get applied if it is largish. So in effect one pays a far more nominal fee for an auto move from trading to ISA accounts etc

Below is a query on B&I I posted on another of my shares, but it also applies to GGP shares in my trading accounts.

The spread here is probably a bit tighter than on the share I reference below. But this is a larger user base, and as principles are the same. Be interested in your experiences of below here in terms of the spread treatment? Thanks...

So it's very wide theoretically from 4.2 to 4.5 say now. That's 7% odd.

In truth looking at the rough trading later today it's actually 4.21 to 4.36 ish. That's still 3.5% though.

I have a few of my ACP outside of a couple of ISAs. Usually after 6/4 I each year manually sell some stocks, wait for the 2 day clear, then xfer in and out of my broker and rebuy. Say 3-4 days in total for all monies, clear, request, in/out & buy.

But have read that B&I, while losing a few shares via one way commission inevitably. Doesn't generally seem to suffer the published spread to the usual quoted trading degree...?

Anyone experienced in this (Wasa etc)... As 7% seems a bit steep, even 3.5% loss a bit high if you are shifting the limit to multiple ISAs?

Or is that the price to pay V 4 days "risk" out of the market manually, but under one's own control etc....

GGP price and ramper v de-ramper in fighting pretty dull.... But Eddie and the HotRods..... Now your talking :-)

A band that was lucky and unlucky all at the same time...

Along with Dr Feelgood and stuff like The Kersel Flyers... The height of pre Punk Pub Rock....

But unlucky too, as a year on were made redundant by bands like The Damned, The Clash, The Pistols etc....

However "Do anything you Wanna Do!".... Remains a song that stands up in any era of music IMHO..... Such a really great song, and cool you knew the band.... Respect!

I am, please see my post on Tuesday 22/3 for my views & where after 4 years I tried objectively in one post to lay out not just the frustrations. But also a positive path on proving up one resourse etc.
That post seemed to strike a chord with quite a few by the unscientific I know 13 tickups on a BB that barely gets a post a day.

You have listed about half a dozen times since then. Really laying into similar ground. You are new to LSE, only joined 21/3 it seems. Just wondered why the need to keep reiterating all this?

Many of us that have been around this share for years are fully aware of it's issues and methods as said.. Again refer you to my post. But that's been said. We know the problems. But you continuing to ram it down people's throats is proving what exactly?

Assume that with the expiration of those warrents recently, the big seller of the last month's seems to have halted for now at least?

The ability to load up under 4 has passed for now it seems. Now under 4.5 is a target if one thinks that news (at whatever point) on the project will energise it.

I am still gradually building a few more in here. Picking a few dips to AVG down from my first buys in the high 4s.

Took a few more earlier today to stand at Currently 3.5 Mill @4.21 AVG.

With new ISA year coming may add a few more then. But suspect if the buying here carries on for two more weeks I guess this may then be closer to 5 than 4 to add. That's a guarantee then of a sell off with that kind of prediction..

Just had a look at HZM trading today.

The SP is holding up remarkably given the selling pressure. Rafts of 700k, 500k and 250k Sells. But it's not moved.

Assume someone with a big holding exiting, but in the background another is loading up.

Interesting in a mild way while this one slumbers relatively waiting for further news.

I noticed a slew of back to back Green Coffins early today, and repeating. So assume the de ramping crew back in town furiously looking for further press down and more low buy ins..

Also though our resident uber ramper has been countering it I can very much see.

But tbh the thing that dictates the pathway here will be achieving the outlined output targets & holding a tight ship financially for some months while that's being done.

Do that, and the case will build well for the share price and new investors will come in IMO. Fail to deliver again, and the Loon squad will have their cheaper entry no doubt.

It's pretty simple then strikes me....

So happy to wait & let's see the numbers for the March and critically Q2 out turns.

The rest is just aganda driven noise, positive or negative frankly.

I liked Oiltap. He was highly positive true. But had much more about his thoughts than any standard ramper.

These BBs are strange. I hold no creedance with most all conspiracy theories. But if the likes of Oiltap have been chopped for supposed dubious info..... Where on earth does that leave some of the total basket cases on here that are allowed to peddle their disengenuous tripe....

As a holder here since 2019. DP has always come across as a charismatic, if somewhat verbose leader, as in that video.

But the fact is that in his relatively short tenure he's taken almost 6 Million in placings and warrents, at what exact share holder value to date?

The SP performance, despite multiple pumping teams from Plateau and then Copperxxx supports has been abysmal.

It used to really baseline at 0.8p, spike and get sold off usually to about 1.3-1.5p area... A couple of times up to 2p. When highly pumped, and then plummet with no liquidity to exit even a modest position...

Recently of course, and despite the Am Geos telling us 3p and directly (circa Q3 2021.... ). It's gone to new lows at a dire 0.4p baseline.

In the businesses I have been involved with, where performance related pay was / is order of the day...

Am afraid DP, charming as he is, has delivered for no one but his small director team.....and would be out on his ear frankly...

That needs to change David. Concentrate on one of the assets here and prove it up and sell it please. This darting around just further shows a trend, that someone else pointed out here.... Namely drill a few explorerers in an old drilled assets. Find a bit of again..."potential", then refocus on similar elsewhere....and repeat....

We have seen this certainly in my time here. What we lack is any saleable followup. That's not just an opinion. The SP fully tells that story too...

Some of us remain a long way underwater, and would politely request a bit of share holder value Dave. Going into a forth year personally in this one, I think that's not an unreasonable ask of the leadership here....

Sorry, but I hold various shares on AIM in far greater volume, and all have issues fair play. But with most all the others I can see a good endgame. But this one is just a constant frustration from an investment viewpoint.

Suspect like all shares of this type. A bit of positive news will do wonders. Though also like this type of share. Be interesting to see how many buying down in the 3s and 4s will be sticky and not the " in and out" types so prevalent these days if this does have a spike on news.

My biggest learning curve on AIM v my many years on main markets is the lack of investor patience in so many AIM shares v what I was used to.... :-(

Anyhow first some news, then we will see who is ling or not I guess....

I have no issue with AIM tbh. I think he calls it as he sees it. But he's hardly one to compromise or moderate an opinion strikes me..... Not a diplomat material...! :-)

I have freely admitted reducing my holding a bit in HZM after a deal in the Autumn that I know a few of us were somewhat taken aback by. I suspect given your build up here you may have trimmed similarly. But that's your business of course.

I have left enough in there though for the longer term (8 Mill @high 4s), but have diversified here as well as a couple of others as see the deal there as a slow burner. Slower than here or my other interest areas at least?

I think that's fair enough. I think perhaps AIMs seeming sudden exit from HZM. If that's what he did... Or at least his withdrawal from posting there was surprising to a few given his past statements of commitment to the fundimentals there that's all.

He's clearly big into this one now, and has a wealth of useful ideas on it, fair play.

Just accumulating a position now across the 3 and 4s and awaiting events.

Seems like Mr AIM is a bit Marmite on this BB though...

He gets a lot of tick ups for his knowledge of the stock, and as ever comes across semi beligerant, but highly knowledgeable.

But his blunt approach, plus support of the seeming slow pace of progress raises considerable ire on here it seems....

Not sure what to make of it personally. I respect his straight talking, and well researched, though barbed input.

But also know his similar engagement from HZM land. Where he was similarly brusk, dismissive, often generally right.....

But then one day was gone....!?

I would be interested in Wasa or Bwana's take, as not sure what to make now of his similar method here?

He should be banned. I read ADVFN for shares I am invested in, for any alternate views.

There is now a f*ckwit on there called Texaschaser, that's clearly son of Moon. He is just trying to bust that up with the same stuff. Only appeared recently.

It's pernicious drivel. Here as well I am sure, though as Greened him months ago, can only speculate.

I can see various people ask him straight questions, engage him. But it's all in vain I assume.

To my mind just don't respond to his posts or chains. Post your own view or analysis, and push his agenda led diatribes down the BB.

That's the only solution. If you continue to expect reason or sensible debate from these types. You fuel their egos.

Agreed; mindless ramping, and people promoting other shares "endlessly" are equally galling, and both occur on a lot of BBs.

The fact here though, is that this BB, & coming into my 3rd year invested here, has generally always been v level headed. Whilst positive along the way. It hasn't seen much of the former that's been too OTT, and virtually none of the latter overall tbf...

This changed last year a bit, when the deal split a number of LTH. Who for the most part agreed to amicably agree or disagree with it nonetheless.

However, some pumping elements came in around then to talk it up, overly and repeatedly, presumably as the substantial drop left them in the hole. That has been why a few have filtered them, and others taken exception fyi.

As said. I think HZM still is on to a winner. But it's going to take some years now to realise. You may disagree, & that's fine. But for me a core holding now of 8 Mill at 4.94p average is my chosen long term nest egg here.

However with funds freed up, and newer funds I see other ops that I have chosen to diversify into. I am aware others are doing similar. But no one is " endlessly promoting" those options to my knowledge??

Good luck if you are in at these prices and prepared to similarly commit to another 3 years odd. I think you will do well.

Agreed. A Q or Two of moving into steady profit, and importantly no one on the team dropping the ball will IMHO do wonders for the stickability of any related rises.

Many months back I filtered our pumping friend. Not because I disagree that HZM will eventually make its mark. But simply that like you, I tired of the daily repeats.

Thing is that maybe (assume he's still posting the same old stuff). New people benefit from the reoccurring ramps. But older hands can simply filter and be left in peace. That's been my approach tbh.

These BBs all have them. I am in RMM too, and there is an account on there daily pumping the same way.... May even be the same people with multiple accounts. Don't know, don't care frankly.

Tells me nothing knew, and after all the "last chance under 10p" I wouldnt have the brass neck..... But heyho, some have no shame....

Just a green coffin to me, and has been for months, as to HZM. I am leaving a good sized, but smaller now core holding here to see it pan out. But for faster action and diversity have looked elsewhere being totally honest.
