I disagree Culpepper
I believe an "eye-watering" 30% HAV buyout would suit best - money now - not drip drip over multiple years / decades. I'm sure Shaun would also prefer that. He gets to play with a big wad of hard cash much sooner, to go shopping for big cash generating assets in what could be argued is a bombed out time for mining shares.
I'm sure at one of the Town Hall's he remarked that HAV is a much bigger starter asset compared to what Northern Star ever had as their starting point.
I'll be in the log pile doing good works in anticipation of winter 23/24.....
Bound to come across a log with a wee bit sticking out either side and a jaggy top that I can line up under the splitter....
Any resemblance to a former prince is purely coincidental.

SD likes some bits of GH's deal. The bits Newcrest never thought would come into play as they would own HAV 100% by the time they became relevant.
10% tolling fee for using Telfer
And
Loan of $50M to be only needing to be paid back from production income.
Both scheduled to be applicable circa March 2024....
Chuff,
Poor weather forecast at the weekend? Try this:

Mind and ask permission to use all the glasses in the kitchen first.
Reminder - the Birds and The Bees, all welcome at 6pm on Tuesday 21st March.
Let me know numbers in advance please, and apparently to keep the chef happy, they'd appreciate if we could put one collective food order in, rather than in dribs and drabs.... I was going to suggest food ordering at 7pm.
I will be wearing my new cardigan, the astounding homage to Sentinel satellite imagery in knitwear, and should have edged past the sheep and be at the bar at, or very soon after, 6pm. Please note we have a table in the main restaurant area, not the Lounge.
C squared, may be something really mundane like Shaun thinking the SP would've drifted back up to the kinda price he raised and bought in at ....14p(?) .... during the last several months of good news flow and the approach of the intended date to list on the ASX. He ain't gonna delay the ASX piece, he's just working out the best way to get to where he needs to be, now that he needs to hit the Oz $0.20 minimum price.
I suspect he would've preferred to ASX list, get Oz institutions on board and into a rising SP
do a share consolidation.
Now he's looking at consolidation after a prolonged period of stagnant SP in order to meet the 20cent criteria...... And then get to the ASX.
Thanks Donald, and do thank Shaun.... Another excellent event, great Town Hall format..... specially when someone finally interrupted Shaun's presentation with a question!
I think he made it through the first slide in its entirety.... !
