They put in their accounts last year, on the 2nd May and in 2016 they put their accounts in on the 9th June. Perhaps you could provide the link to the statement saying that their accounts are overdue?

Hi Silures, I seem to remember a few years back, that similar legal action was taken against a local wind farm after the planning decision had been sent to the government minister to decide. I think the only legal grounds that an Appeal Decision can be challenged, is if the minister has behaved illegally in some way. The challenge to my local wind farm didn't get anywhere.

It did sya in the Appeals Decision Notice that came out a few weeks ago, that the Energy Centre at Dunsfold was already being built.

Hi Heath I don't know whether you saw it but I asked Chelseabear on the ii board a question about two and four year electrodes and this was his answer; "I asked the (obvious)question about whether they are commercial at 2 years...obviously had in mind that if not then orders might be further off that we all hope...and while I didn't write his reply down exactly, that was pretty much what he said...in other words you can agree to deliver systems that have cells with two year-longevity, but that by the time you got there you would probably have product with 4 years available. I think we have to assume that they are pretty confident in reaching that goal. I don't know how long you need to test to be able to extrapolate to 4 years, but they seem to be able to artificially accelerate the testing...and bearing in mind this is de nora's technical knowledge/capability/area of expertise...ie electrodes!...I am quite happy about it."

Hi BB I wasn't suggesting AFC had caused the ICL exposion! lol No just in my memory the leak problem and a potential move to ICl seemed to happen about the same time, but that might be just my bad memory, it certainly was a good few years ago.
