He usually does after the results. There was a good uplift after his purchase.
They have doubled their profits and FCF of $300M in first half this year and more to come with oil near $90 and above till the year end most likely.
Drop is ridiculous after such good results.

$400M debt paid off so far in this year and another $300M possible by year end so total for the year could be $700M debt paid off! With $500M debt to start in 2023 and with oil expected to be high, ENQ can easily reduce that debt and have massive loads of cash. With $700M debt being paid off by year end, current mcap of $600M is very much undervalued.

Also taking it high and then pulling the price down by end of the day is just sickening and I'm tired watching it.

If Trump was in charge, pretty sure he would have handled it quite differently. Of course he is arrogant but took right decisions for the business and the economy. He kept his foot on Saudis neck all his term as President and ensured that oil stayed at $50. He encouraged fracking and ditched Paris climate agreement. If he was still the President now, oil price no way would have been this high and inflation would have reduced to low single digits and our. Mortgage payments would not be high and everyone would have been having normal life like before the covid.

These clowns now in the government are totally useless. In few weeks BoE will increase the rate and market could go down again but I don't like calling out numbers like some do here. Let's hope from 5th, next Monday we see a recovery. Tomorrow morning on the bell should be good time to add, atleast I will to dent my avg.

CW, I was shocked to see markets suddenly pull as soon as Powell finished his 10-minute speech! US Inflation report showed that it peaked and the report was before his speech but Powell 10-min speech crashed the market! So it looked like if he postponed it then we wouldn't have crashed!

It is like one big fund pulls out and the rest pull out too. Just like in the movies when one picks a gun rest all follow.

Bloody US wants to fuel the war so that they make money by exporting everything they have at sky high inflation prices!
So am worried if the war would come to end this year. I hope peace talks resume soon!

btw, missed out the low today but looking to do a trade at these low prices. May be a purchase tomorrow first thing in the morning to see how it plays out.

one thing is that RR BOD cannot control the share price.
Chairman tried assuring by making £100k purchase at 136p and still price was "taken" down.
Chairman made another £100k purchase at 83p and still price was "taken" below 80p and "taken" down now to 72p.

Hedge funds need to make money even when the market is down and as no one is buying in this treacherous times so they can't make money going long now instead they go short to make money. Proof is today's 6% drop when there is no news out there that is RR related. Shorts are not that high but enough to take the price down.

Like how vaccines news pushed RR price from 70s to 90s and above, most likely any good news on war ending would help RR price recover.

I'm nearly 40% down on this **** share.
Business was valued at 72p with the rights issue and that was when we were in the peak of pandemic.
Now RR is open for business so it can't be still at 72p.
It is bloody US hedge funds Shorting this. Just need some good news and bloody shorts will have to close.
I have no concerns business wise for RR. They are the best in the industry.
I can ride this storm and will not miss topping up but will wait for some more time before I do it.
My buy and hold strategy worked with HBR where I was down 40% and back in Profit.
Just remember to top up at some point.

May be those who buy post here with a message that you bought/topped up, more will add and that could arrest the drop. Tomorrow may be we all should watch the action from the side and buy at closing time. Atleast that is my plan as of now. GLA

HBR is undervalued and that is why we have big broker targets.

See the million value trades after hours, all delayed trades and most likely all of them are sells which is why price dropped IMO

Tomorrow we need to see if the price stabilizes or not. Buyback transaction will appear tomorrow so like in 350s, we could see drop in price in the first half and then buybacks hoover up limiting the price drop.

Don't think those who sold will jump back in tomorrow but again FOMO will kick in and bets will be placed as the price drops. Never to go all in at once. I might start buying in small tranches after tomorrow.

HBR in FTSE 100 news should spread like wildfire in next 2 days.
Dividend date approaching next week so could see some funds loading up or may be not...

I expected a drop on the bell considering the news about gas price down by 20% but instead the price was steady at 492p for 1 minute and then slowly started to climb to 494p and then dropped to 490p again but then jumped to 497p and then 500p so I thought bulls are taking over as the gas price is still at 470p and HBR becomes debt free even at 200p gas price. So I thought market is ignoring the gas price drop.

Even after 1hr trading, at 9.30am, SP was still at 494p so for anyone who is watching the price every minute would think that bulls are taking over. Then suddenly came the dumps and sell off and in one hour SP totally annihilated to 480p!

If this is not done by shorts then you are absolutely wrong.
Blood BoA have stepped in on Friday to loan the shares to short.
Now how low this will be taken? I believe there will be drops coming next few days.

Close of play is the review for FTSE 100 entry and we should be in!
Let's see if the drop is also due to FTSE 250 funds exiting and FTSE 100 funds to follow from tomorrow.

Sorry for your £4k loss Rookie. It is not easy to time perfectly and that is why I keep holding once am in blue.
But I think it is more hassle to keep holding to the profits than holding the loss. Feels like it is much easier to hold to the losses!

SQZ which I think is a pure gas play and is down by 1.56% and we are down by 2.4%
