Certainly shows further promise for the company and the chairman’s letter made good at justifying the directors fees being paid in shares. Even with the prospect of future dilution, this could be seen as a good company to take a punt on in the long term. Particularly with the Therakind Royalties that will be received (although we have never had the % disclosed to us it must be beneficial to the company and have the potential to generate a decent revenue, to which IPS will be entitled to 36% (albeit indirectly), Biocroí again is showing potential, especial if a large pharmaceuticals, who would be a primary Client, is involved. sure IPs is only holding 6% but 6% of something good is better than 10% of something based.
IPSol Energy is of course the Company that has made the news noise in recent months, so again it will be interesting to see what develops here.
Overall opinion of myself is this company has the potential to certainly go somewhere in the medium term (1 year +), and even if by that point there are 70-100m shares in issue the company could be then be capitalised at £5-7m+ representing a much higher sp if people buy in now.
GL to all who stay in - my little holding will stay put :-)
