I’m assuming (perhaps wrongly) that with Q3 results imminent, NDAs will have been signed to allow interested parties to do their due diligence. However, this may be more common place for half and full year.

I’d like to be privy to the meetings with J Goodwin & Co and hear all their analyses and recommendations! Almost a week gone so the window starts to get squeezed and fear and greed will be forefront.

I took a brief look at IHeartMedia’s June 25 financials, c. USD 235m held as cash and cash equiv. Not sure about their committed facilities, however, not the easiest read on a mobile.

IHeartMedia currently up 10% in the US. There’s appetite that side of the pond.

Back in here having sold out previously. Another bite of the cherry.

I’m back in today too, having held and sold in the past. Back for more sustained highs.

About to turn I think as tariff situation now as bad for Vietnam as it could be.

Some people are happy to book profits. I’ve sold many a time during takeover talks only for discussions to break down. Money taken off the table is money banked. All depends on individuals risk profile and knowledge of said company.
