Sure point taken. I have been here for years and have read many posts with amusement. However some new posters, hopefully shareholders (possibly jumping on board seeing recent rises and with snippets of information) who maybe in without full knowledge of the skullduggery that has occurred on the BB and outside. Just re stating some pertinent and important facts, in case no time for some, to research. Yes as you say, we are on the way and all shareholders should expect to see significant upside at worst, spectacular if what the geo guys, AA and Arcm think is in the ground, actually is.
NVS Stated publicly and was reported as saying , once AA take over the running of JV , Arc will still remain an active exploration company as it holds 75% of the Virgo project in Botswana, which it acquired from Kopore Metals in late 2021.
The project is located just 10 km to the south-east of the new Zone 5 underground copper/silver mine of Khoemacau Copper Mining and covers a total area of 210 km2. Arc has already started drilling on the project.
“Virgo is located in one of the newest emerging copper districts in the world,” says von Schirnding. “Not only does the Kalahari Copperbelt area host the Khoemacau mine, but also the Motheo open-pit mine of Sandfire Resources. It is still early days and at this point we are still in the very early stages of exploration, but we are confident that we are in the right area for a copper discovery. In short, we are very excited by Virgo’s potential.”
The results we’ve had have been very encouraging indeed and virtually every hole we’ve drilled has hit copper mineralisation – mainly oxides – in one form or another, and sometimes cobalt as well. Intersections have included 39 m at 1.47% Cu and 7.6 m at 4.15% Cu, which are exceptional for the area.”
NVS Mining Review Africa 4th April 023
What piffle. Its hardly running out of cash with several million to drop into its bank account shortly from AA. Yes it has licenses to drill land but not just any land. Land that is highly valued by AA amongst other majors, predicted to yield forth huge value in mineral deposits. The evidence has been presented. Prospect of an agreement ? What are you drinking or smoking or not understanding? That is why AA are putting in close to $100,000,000 to the JV agreed! You need to accept the facts. NVS has negotiated a stonking deal. FULL STOP
You obviously were on holiday this spring. I was skiing and remember seeing the price move up to over 4p. I could have taken a decent profit with 3M shares held. But I am a LTH. You suggest you are fed up. Why did you not sell then? With an average of 3.2p you would have seen a nice return. What is it with you people on the BB????????? Always complaining
It seems to me that some here do not understand what happens when a market is being made. Supply and demand. there are occasions when more shares are bought than sold and yet the price is still marked down. Take now for example. Could it be that there are buy orders in that need to be filled. If no one is selling then the tactic is one of two. Either offer more money to entice the sell or depress the price to persuade holders to sell. This is the option taken when the fill price is lower because either way the MM need to fill their order book and take their commission. It can be why prices are depressed and then bounce. Expect an RNS Monday IMO
This share of which I am a LTH has been through the mill and still has solid support. Because the upside potential is so very appealing. The reality today is that the company and its prospects remains the same as yesterday, last week, last month and last year! Posters here seeking to influence the price should not be listened to by STH. They are taking your money by creating an air of uncertainty which has no substance. Look at the fundamentals. Nothing has changed. If AA were unhappy or the JV is in question they would be obligated to report to the market. No one of real value (i.e. the board of ARC or AA) has reported anything. No news in the press. Nothing. Fundamentally he status quo remains a constant.
Yes you are likely right. Sky rocket was an over enthusiastic word to use but demand will be constant and strong. The transport sector globally is far bigger than the Chinese construction boom. IMO within 24 months $12500, 18 months there after up to $14,000.
Telsa sold 937,000 cars last year. Interesting documentary on you tube - Tesla semi truck (HGV). They launch trucks autumn this year. There are 2M semi trucks in USA alone, globally the figures are staggering. Interesting article https://www.torquenews.com/1/data-shows-over-3-million-tesla-cybertruck-orders-and-its-not-surprising
This article states over 3 million Tesla cyber trucks ordered (the equivalent of a pick up truck)
Copper is going to skyrocket in price per ton.
How much copper is in an electric vehicle for batteries?
Per the Copper Development Association Inc., traditional cars have 18-49 pounds of copper, hybrid EVs contain approximately 85 pounds and plug-in hybrid EVs use 132 pounds. While battery BEVs contain 183 pounds, a hybrid electric bus and a battery electric bus contain 196 and 814 pounds of copper, respectively.23. 6. 2021
Tesla are not the only producer of electric vehicles.
Correct me if I am wrong. This means that the claimants can exercise the option on 3,000,000 at 5p thus taking a profit if they have not bought them and assuming the share price is more than 5p? In essence the BOD and the claimant must believe that the price will surpass 5p going forward? That is likely to be based upon terms currently being negotiated with major.
Me too. This is a VHS vs Betamax/Google vs Yahoo/Apple vs Nokia moment. There will only be one real winner and my money is on Bidstack.
Someone has to own the in game advertising space and likely Bids will be that entity. For a short while anyway. because once in command they will without a doubt be gobbled up by a huge hungry Whale.
Thank you Fulmar
I do see this is likely less about reality and more about MM aking people question their investment. For me I am heavily invested (well for me 40k is weighty) and I am confident ARCM will negotiate a great deal with a major so the licenses can be used to good effect to extract significant tonnage (which the world needs) and support the Zambian exchequer with taxes due. Sour grapes from past misdemeanors by others with less integrity than ARCM's BOD and a desire to profit financially or avoid jail time by trying to twist the back story are of no interest. However Ella (it) keeps spewing out such BS, by nature I wanted to say something. IT is in my opinion a manipulative and disruptive poster and should be reported by as many people as possible so IT is banned. I have reported IT.
What are you talking about Ella? No one is trying to avoid liabilities that are legitimately due, wither was it M M entioned. And what do you care. Are you a private investor? I think not
This is ridiculous in the extreme. So a local preacher (many reasons why they do what they do and not necessarily for the greater good) is to be believed because? Rothchild's are involved (AA were involved and likely still are) see all this nonsense and still stay involved despite no retainer? One of the first things any prospective investor or advisor would do is look at the assets. The start point would in be the licenses. No one with credibility and reputation to consider (AA or R) has said anything or set alarm bells ringing. Ella dear, do you not think they would do so if for one moment there was a sniff of corruption or maybe they are all in it together? All working for their greater good on what is by their standards a small endeavor. Come on Ella can you be serious. Turtlewax stop defending Ella's nuts. Ella once again I will ask, "What is your fascination with the company that you revert to company reports from 2018?"
You will not answer basic questions asked of you about your intentions and rationale for your posts as posted on this board. You cannot be an investor or MMaybe you were (Sorry I stutter sometimes when getting annoyed).Put up some decent evidence of merit or stop the BS!
The only red I am hoping to see this Christmas is Santa's fat backside delivering a decent present in the form of a set of blue days for ARCM. Why would you expect to see a deep Red Christmas for ARCM - what you want is not necessarily what you get. And for others what you get is not what you want, if you get my drift.
PC plod here, "What you up to young lady or do you identify as a man? Up to no good no doubt. Be careful or Big Ears might run you down to the Nick".
Stop playing around in your fantasy toy land and get off home.
Why did I invest in N4. For the oncology work. From vaccine work, any possible benefit later down the line will be a bonus but for me the glass is definitely half full with these excellent results. Cancer kills many more people per annum than covid. So far since 2019 Covid has taken 5.31M lives. Each year cancer kills 10M. Do the maths. The BOD have made the right decision to focus on oncology. This is a patented treatment to beat cancer. HUGE ££££££
Ella
I am not a gambling man but I reckon 3p as a minimum. However after the AGM next week and if my thoughts prevail, possibly 12p. If not end of year very very early next. A deal is in the wings. Good news for some, bad luck for others
If new shares are issued then it must be on the reasonable belief by the BOD that there is good reason to raise cash. In this instance it would likely be for continued or expanding drilling operations. As such it would have to be supported by data to weigh in favour of the same. Anything else would be fraud. Ella you know this more than anyone judging by your posts. I doubt with current cash reserves money is needed and even if it is I would say, this would be a positive, not a negative. But why is a non event even being discussed? It seems there is a desire to influence share price by any means. The reality is that the fundamentals have not changed. We are invested in land that holds vert valuable deposits of a commodity that is needed and is going to be more needed in the future. The likes of AA who were in exclusive talks would not have been there if that was not the case. Who knows they are still not here on a non exclusive basis because the right deal for the shareholders was not struck during the exclusive period? Only the BOD have this answer. What we have been told is that discussions are on going between various parties. THE BOD cannot just make these things up ! Quite unlike some of the BS posts I have read.
ARC Minerals will either grow into giant or be swallowed up by a giant, there is no other way. Back in mid 2019 capitalization was circa £13m so like all juniors it grows and will continue to grow. Its investment in The Zamsort prospecting areas (thanks to the short sightedness of MM or his need for cash hence the prolonged sell off) are good mining neighborhoods; they are just 40km from FQM' Sentinel (Kalumbila & Enterprise), 100km from Barrick's Lumwana and 200km from FQM's Kansanshi. This Domes region already produces 575k tons pa of copper (80% of Zambia's output). There is still more exploration to be done but statistically and in all probability it will hit. When fully developed this mine alone, going by early indications, will match if not exceed annual copper output of Kalumbila. This is but one string to ARCs bow, which is not a one trick pony. It is very clear to see that Arc is still a very junior miner. As always and before it becomes a fully fledged "big boy" this is the time for serious investors to get on board. Whether by joining the party or wanting to produce the event I say, "watch this space". The fundamentals have not changed, stick to the initial reason you invested in this little bundle of potential. Its growing stronger by the month. You would not judge a child day by day. Give this kid space and it will flourish.
