What next - market cap circa £20M, surely its time for AA to just buy the company lock stock and barrel. Bargain for them. 2 senior Directors have just boosted their equity overnight and once AA buy, share value will go up NVS and Remy will be retained in same roles on same or better package and all other shareholders are left out in the cold.
And the SP continues to sink. Of course the directors and advisors somehow come out with huge percentage increases of shareholding and assured salaries/earnings on the back of what in the real world would be a dismissible performance. Absolutely stunning incompetency yet again. How do these guys get these appointments? I cannot believe what has happened here. Its all about the BOD and their wants on the face of it. I am now certain NVS has no moral dilemma when its about "What's in in for me".

Great news. About to blast off, splutter, splutter. Its all become a bit sad. Only need to see a plus 138% gain to get back to where we were a year ago when the deal was agreed. Something is very wrong FULL STOP. It cannot all be down to bad luck. I have never been invested in a company where nothing promised ever seems to get delivered. I am writing off this investment as a very, very bad night at the casino. I can only wish to all other shareholders that the price somehow recovers. As for the DR's, you are not needed here anymore. What next I wonder. I remember a couple of years ago I was into DDDD, not quite the same but things went from bad to worst and when I decided to make some negative comments I was shouted down. Only lost £80k and made a dash for the door. Then the company went under, share at one point having been near £2. So Sh** happens and this is IMO one of those Sh** shows. 10p, 50p just not gonna happen.
Fuku you are correct apart from my main disappointment being that no one from the BOD says anything. After promises of immediate drilling, assay results, drilling campaign schedules, even a message in response to the major sell off one might have expected, just silence..........
If I was on the BOD of a company where the hits keep coming, forgetting the de-rampers here, I would be providing a positive narrative. What do we get? Nothing. Its quite bizarre IMO. If you are aware of my previous posts you will see I am very pro Arc and have been supportive of NVS but am starting to wonder what he does atm. Yes he secured great deal but since then and before he keeps a pretty low profile and says very little to his shareholders.
Been in this for a very long while now and its one thing after another. Expressing frustration at the apparent lack of inertia, nothing more. Not sure about Ark, more like the Titanic. Disappointed at the lack of crisis management as price plunges and BOD carry on taking out as much as they can. When a company is in trouble, share price collapsing what those at the top do can have positive benefits. Or negative! In this instance sticking ones head in a bucket of sand is not appropriate. And the best they can do is replay a tape from many weeks ago. Arrgghh
Or the "sick bag". Another X tweet from Arc. Couldn't even be bothered to add anything new. Just a nice pic of NVS in a suit with an excerpt from his last chit chat. Wow that's going to settle things down. What is he doing today for his £thousands? Lunch at the Pied a Terre if near home, or the Connaught if in town, maybe tea at the Ritz. All at the shareholders expense because his time seems not to be spent looking after our interests.
I am somewhat disappointed no news has been forthcoming or any updates supplied. I guess my thoughts are really on what exactly NVS does when he is sat at home in South London. He is definitely not at the office in London much judging from his silence. If he is working from home, maybe he's pottering around growing bloody tomatoes. A thought about growing the business he is being paid to run might be more appropriate. Maybe time for a change. Nick should go for a walk on the common and think about his loyal shareholders.
If assay results ae positive I can imagine share price will move up significantly. Taking into account this is a penny stock, limited to a 2p downside, with a decent flow of good news, from previous examples, can anyone advise on what best upside might be? could it be x 20, 30, 40? Best case scenario please and only if you have seen similar. I have a colleague who asked me the question. I am not qualified to answer him.
Peggy - what stories of jam tomorrow? NVS reports as appropriate and never over glorifies the position. In fact I would say he does the opposite and is fairly reserved when compared to many others on AIM. He has only ever stated expected timeframes that sometimes do not pan out but I would imagine when stated he was expecting dates to be met. Sometimes things are then taken outside his control. He cannot be held accountable for making statements in good faith that then get usurped by the actions of others.
However you most definitely love selling the story of the pantry being empty when you like all of us have no clue as to how much copper may be in the land we have or when it will be found. It could from probability and geo results be tier one and it could be located at any time. So by my reckoning regardless, there will more likely than not be jam tomorrow. And I look forward to it being spread very thickly on my bread.
This is ridiculous. Reported buys not even including those "unknowns" which were buys point towards SP manipulation. Aim regulators should be alerted. Or is AIM the wild west with no marshal law? Disgraceful when taking into account what has happened previously in the opposite direction!
Ok Thanks Seis
That makes sense. As we all know for every buyer a seller. So I guess some are selling into a buy order without knowing it. Manipulation of a sort which is why if I buy into something with belief I stick with it, especially when the fundamentals remain the same or are better as is the case here. Not being a ST holder or day trader I can only hope my belief is on solid foundation. "I think so".
What I cannot understand is why when there is a 10 X purchase over sales (today) the price is marked down? What am I not understanding. Who is deciding the price and is this legitimate? Doesn't make sense to me.
With a share like arc small sales can influence share price disproportionately. Being objective the company is in as good a shape and position now than at any time in the last 3 years. The SP does not reflect this. There has been selling from one party who IMO are about to stop their misguided action. I think we will see a reversal in the SP imminently and whilst slow to begin with the increase will escalate to a point where holders will be as pleased and confident of a continued rise as they are currently disappointed. I am a LTH and when this happens will be pleased to see the negative posters here, scuttle off in embarrassment
Arc is not a one trick pony. The update on Bots was positive and why should other parts of the Arc business not be allowed to take center stage. We all know the background to the AA investment so when being critical of the BOD please remember we are in a JV and do not now control all timetables. As is often the case there are IMO good reasons as to why planned actions can change. As a company owner of over 30 years, an entrepreneur to many ideas I know fully the vagaries of business life. And as such it is why I am still content to be invested here and why I bought more shares yesterday. There is too much positive underling background to be disheartened because Zam appeared stage left. What is important is the bigger picture. Cu projected to go much higher. AA on board and funding drill campaign. Now Bots looks to become exciting sooner than we thought. I think when the curtain falls, the audience (with a few exceptions!) will be shouting "Bravo, bravo, more, more."

Yes Tingo appears to have been a company run fraudulently and done so under the eyes of one of the most regulated exchanges in the world! Go figure.... Accs signed off by one of the big 5. Go figure...... It seems many were led down the garden path, not just our BOD.
Have you ever run a company, been involved in M&A, share swaps etc.?
From your comments I think not. There are lots of unscrupulous operators out there.
The buys next week will be anticipating the good news on Thursday. The probability of a CEO hosting an interactive investor seminar to give bad news is minimal. That would be put into an RNS IMO. A positive update is a far more likely scenario. Peg why not dip your toes in the water and buy 50,000. As you will not post until after Thursday, you can let us know is you did on Friday. "Go on, treat yourself"
