I am toying with the idea to but another 1M shares on Monday. But pondering if the negative comments here will impact the SP? Looking at the predictions of 2p coming and worst maybe not.
I do not appreciate your tawdry words. I am not FOBS merely an ambassador of truth and fact. If you feel capable to engage in gentrified conversation perhaps take stock (excuse the pun) of what has actually changed over the las few months. NOTHING! Hence my post regarding fundamentals and subsequently about sitting on shares which I believe will yield significant profits.
LOL was that meant to be a play on words? "Behind" Anal.
Anyway interesting documentary on Tingo on you tube from which the viewer will realize that Arc along with others got caught out by a US listed company (most regulated market in the world) which was run by a complete fraudster Dozy Mmobuosi (now facing up to 45 years in prison) and whose number 2 Christopher is a family member to our very own Secretary for State James Cleverly. Christopher is a specialist lawyer in of all things anti corruption! he companies activities and assets were in the main wholly made up and signed off by Deloitte! So when looking to answer questions posted here about why the value in our Tingo shares has evaporated cast your net of blame a lot further than our CEO NVS and think on others who lost considerably more. Fraud is everywhere in todays world but at least with commodities you know what you are getting. And that is why AA are here with us on the journey to find the missing copper.
To protect their long-term economic interests, shareholders have a responsibility to monitor the conduct of the board of directors and exercise their voting rights by casting thoughtful and informed votes that safe-guard their financial and other interests. At the last AGM the BOD was voted back in and during audits nothing of concern was discovered. As for cash as clearly stated none is needed! Do you think the board of TESCO or Barclays are going to be sharing day to day information with shareholders unless relevant to the companies well being. Your question is redundant. But if yuo think it helps your cause keep asking. No one will answer.
Peggy - I do not know of that post. Not mine as I definitely like an evening at the casino. But what of it? I am not desperate? Why would you think that? I am merely confident of my investment here and as much as others who seem intent to be critical of the company I applaud the position we are now in an shareholders and am confident. I have a 3M share position. I am hardly going to be in agreement with your negativity towards Arc. I expect to see significant upside in 2024 and once the momentum gets going, well I guess you will finally bow out gracefully. HNY Peggy.
What AA have committed to financially is considerably more than market cap at present. And that's not even for Arc interests outside Zambia. Thus SP makes no sense but the reality is, that any dip with what is IMO is a massive undervaluation can only be very limited. And why should there be a dip. We are better off than any time in the last 3 years so the price should really be at 8p minimum. However the upside therefore is even more tantalizingly huge. IMO, when results are published to show that huge deposits have been located, all this chit chat and trolling will become history and unrecoverable for those engaged in trying to suppress he SP. I have skin in the game to the tune of 3M shares and am not interested in selling at 8p. Not 20p or 50p. At 75p I might let a few go, to take a trip to Zambia in celebration. Before that day, very content to sit and wait.
Peggy silly you cannot look to the past for inspiration. That cannot be changed. The future is yet to be written and it is the future which is the foundation of all investment. As such this is why Anglo American have chosen to invest in Arc. And if you think 90M is basically a roulette bet then you need to read up on the probability of gambling against the value of a seasoned and successful management team such as is that of AA. You really are desperate to knock arc at every juncture. And all here know you are literally a loose cannon that keeps misfiring. My goodness I had rather hoped you would disappear in 2024. It seems like your festering, rotten opinion will be with us for a while yet.
Thanks Small H - it seems that the stock picking press sense an upside
For us to be included in the 20 stocks to watch 2024 from the circa 2000 listed on the London markets is great news.
ARC Minerals (LON: ARC) is flat for the year. This is a bit mad when you consider it has managed to sign an outrageously good JV with Anglo American to explore its copper belt claims in Zambia. Indeed, I was a bit suspicious about just how good the terms were — that is, until Anglo’s own copper guidance downgrade sent the major falling by 20% in a single day. Remember, the UK and Zambia recently signed a MoU to support the mining industry; and ARCM’s assets include the top seven ranked targets of the 30 old Kabompo Project targets — number 22 on the list eventually became FQM’s world class Sentinel copper mine.
I don’t agree with TNRisk that the buys yesterday were institutional. Too small. More encouraging to see that 3p seems to be the base from which SP will launch if a deposit is reported. With the drills now powering down into that mineral rich soil I expect to see an updating RNS very soon. Maybe others feel the same way and that is why all this buying activity is taking place.

That is quite amazing that people will give you something for nothing. In reality this does not happen which is why investors have to lay down their money in exchange for a piece of the action. In he case of shares in Arcm unlike the food NorescO bought which will be gone within 2 weeks our shares will still be there, have a value and very likely IMO will continue to increase in value just as they have since 5th October this year - up 25% and that's without finding any copper. What will the upside be with a Tier one discovery? My goodness, all our Christmases at once! Happy days
