First post on here ,and not bothered about share price ,as only I own a few I was given.Working for royal mail as a job share,and worked fir them for 34 years come November,the big problem been the management (line managers ) have no training and no common sense, moving new starters constantly to different walk ,till they get fed up and coming in to a walk they don't know,that still needs prepping and eventually throw the towel in,,we are expected to take extra if time commits ,but lack of staff means the managers want you to take it when they know you haven't the time,and book overtime,, and lately their favourite been flexy time ,meaning if you finshing early one day you knock the time you made off when you try to book overtime on another day. The mentality of some is to start work early,dont take your breaks and finish early ,but know that they are having to pay back the time they have made are now starting on time and taking their breaks and is costing my office a fortune,sorry about the ramble and not sure how things will turn out,but I had a chance of buying shares weekly at a discount and luckily turned it down.
