Indeed IMM will be Quadrise in the next few week. Big discounted placing.

The 2023 placing was done at a discount FYI.

Isn't it typical that these ramp interview always comes when AIM corps are short on cash.

IMM had £1084k in cash at June 30, 2024.

During the first 6 months of the year the company had an operating cash burn of £731k (£473k for R&D and £258k for Admin).

With a similar level of cash burn the company will end 2024 with £353k in cash. Which means that they are completely skint by end of March.

Companies obviously needs to raise a bit in advance before they run out of cash, which is likely to be in the next few weeks.

The company had "Cash and cash equivalents at 30 June 2024 of £17.9 million" now its down to £10.4m, that is high cash burn for 6 months.

You have to read half the RNS before they can admit that recent sales has been poor.

At this level of revenue growth it will take 4-5 years to become profitable

£14m loss on £2.9m of revenue. What a hopeless busienss.

Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, was informed on 21 January 2025 that Suay Chin International Pte Ltd ("Suay Chin") sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.03125 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.44 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this sale of Ordinary Shares as well as earlier sales of Ordinary Shares, Suay Chin now holds 2,226,107,425 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.99% of the Company's issued share capital.

Comical that New Zimbabwe is reporting a placing which has been cancelled as completed today. Time to improve fact checking.
